I like that it's small in size. It is easy to use, my mother can use it, and she's 91. I like the security of having someone on the other line always answer. I've always been able to get someone on the line if I had an issue. I did have one problem with the charger and that it intermittently seemed not to be charging correctly and I was immediately sent a replacement when I called.

I'm glad we picked Medical Guardian. It's been easy to talk to people when we had questions, good communication, easy to understand, patient, polite, and friendly. My mother set it off a few weeks ago and I was at work and I got a call and that made me feel better. She did it inadvertently and someone called to make sure she was okay. It is easy to use, easy to charge, and reasonably priced.

Son ordered system before I was ready to pretend I was living alone. Several nice calls reminding me to sign the contract, that was not right for me. One really rude call who wouldn't listen. Did send in a corrected, signed contract. Can't use the braclet stuff, it makes my skin break out, not that Son aor anyone cared. I'm 90, on my own now in Montana, trying to get my house repairs done, started before my husband'death, not that it made a difference to those demanding I wear this thing all the time. Sometimes it comes undone from the lanyard or gets where you are bending over and then it goes off. Can be a pain in the neck. But I do where it all of the time now that I'm alone.

It's convenient to wear and I generally could do a lot of things without setting it off accidentally. I've tested it a couple of times and the operators come on and are very very cordial and helpful. I would like for the battery to stay charged longer than it does. Generally I have to charge it every other day, so I expected that the battery would stay charged for 3 to 4 days, but it's only about 2 days, so that's the only negative that I have.

I think it's a good service to have. My father's in hospice and you know, he's aged and he's got weak legs and so it's just great to know that on top of us checking in on him when we can, when we're not there, he has Medical Guardian. We have not had a real emergency, but he accidentally hit it before and we received immediate response, which of course we appreciated.

I have had no issues and there are no issues with people calling. There was an initial issue with the contract and the people were very gracious, answered my questions right away, took care of everything that I needed. I like that there's a bracelet so it doesn't hang around her neck. And I like that there's immediate response that few times we've needed to use it.

My mom's 90, and she was about to get in the shower and she did not remember that she could wear it in the shower. And so as she was entering the shower, she took it off her neck and she threw it up onto the counter and because it has the fall ability, immediately someone asked if everything was okay. It took her a little while to figure out who was talking so that showed me that the fall function of the device worked well.

My children are happy that I'm wearing it and I do like it and I feel like I'm protected here at home by myself. And when I go to bed, I have it right on my table, right by me in case I need it for a reason. But I've just had several falls and so they're afraid of my falling, so I do have the fall protection too. And I know that if something was to happen, all I've got to do is push this little button and I'm going to get help right away, which is very, very valuable to me. I think that's about it. It's just my little buddy. It's what I call it.

It works very efficiently. I was taking a shower and I took the Guardian off and laid it on the rug next to it and my dog stepped on it. And next thing I knew, I had two emails, people in the doorway wondering if I was okay. I had another experience where I dropped it and I got a call saying "Are you OK?" I was shocked and astonished that it's that sensitive and that beneficial.

We like mostly the simplicity and the sense of security that it brings my mother-in-law and us. It's interesting that as soon as she put it on, you could see her demeanor change in her face. She just felt more comfortable. And when we shared with her that if she in the middle of the night began to feel like she was scared because her heart was racing or something like that, she could push the device and somebody could talk with her until she felt more comfortable or call for help.

It is convenient to leave on the night stand at night and to put on in the morning, and it's easy to care for and I like the fact that you can charge it and it lasts for several days. The item itself is lightweight and comfortable to wear. I tested it and it rang in and I had a very prompt answer from one of the operators. So it was good to know that I had immediate access to help if I needed it.

When I hooked it up, I tested it and they had some bugs to work out. The phone that reached me for testing didn't have the right data. As soon as they did, which was the next day, it was up and running, so it's going to be there when I need it. Medical Guardian is very polite, very knowledgeable, and they have provided me with the information I needed. I wear it throughout the day and feel protected because I live alone. I feel that I would not have to worry if I should fall. It's a very good device- the pendant that I wear is good quality.

I accidentally used it, I pressed the button the operator got on the phone within seconds and I told her it was an accident, I made a mistake, I touched it by accident and it's nothing, no problem, she says "Are you sure?" I said yes, she said "Thank you very much. Bye." I think Medical Guardian's piece of equipment for fall detection is excellent. The reaction time was quick.

I was up north last week and I happened to set it off by mistake and I was five miles back in the woods and I was surprised that they got in contact with me. I have to charge it every three to five days.So that means that I don't have it on my body.For three to five hours while it is charging. When I called the girl to activate it, she was very helpful.

The explanation was simple, concise, and there were e-mail checkups as far as asking for feedback as well as phone calls several months down the road just to make sure everything was working properly, good customer support. One time my father in law had fallen, my mother-in-law couldn't pick him up and they pressed the button and everything went according to plan in an efficient way.

I've had other systems and Medical Guardian has not failed once. I called on my other system and they didn't bother to pick up and I wound up in the hospital, so it's a good choice for me. I like how they work the system and it's a very good price for the amount of money I'm spending. Just the other day, I fell and I pushed the button and got the fire department over here to pick me up.

Company easy to work with. The alert device functioned flawlessly. We were convened since living in a heavily wooded area that the signal would not be good. Not an issue at all. And we were told if it failed to pick up we could send it back with no obligations. Company works well with folks who are not internet savy . The initial contact salesperson sold us when he told us a story of how his grandmother had called for help when she got lost and used her device to call. Talked with multiple companies and as far as simplicity and price Medical Guardian won.

The response time was short and the individual who called back was very pleasant and appeared like they knew exactly what to say in helping make sure that everything was okay and then once they did find out what the status was very helpful in that regard. Every time we tested it my dad got a phone call back within a few minutes and was able to communicate with that individual who was monitoring his device. Its worked every time we tested it. I like really everything that we've experienced, the ease of setting it up, and the fact that it's passed through the phone line.

I am very pleased with it, I am comfortable with it and it doesn't bother me at all. I think it's a good thing to have. They will take care of any problem immediately. I think it's quality is fine. I dislike the fact that it has to be charged at irregular times. If it could go for a whole week and I could charge it on the same day each week it would be easier because I forget to charge it.

A piece of the necklace broke off and they replaced it the whole thing. It works every time I test it, which I do every three or four weeks. I don't like wearing it around my neck all the time this bothers me I don't like the fact that there is a light flashes on and off I feel like it calls attention to me. I dropped it on the floor two times and it never even went off and I thought well I don't know how secure I feel with this if I went down and it didn't even go off.

Sometimes when I fall the medical alert thing does not go off. They verify that you're okay before they dismissed the call. It was a very easy to set up and my customer service that we received when purchasing they were very thorough and they answered questions. It's excellent. When we pushed the button it went straight through and they asked if we needed assistance and you could respond yes or no and it picked up on it quickly. We had no problems with it. The first individual we spoke with was a little bit more focused on the sale than on making sure that our needs were met, but the second individual I spoke with was super helpful and provided excellent customer service.

What I like about it is I trust it and that's the most important thing. If I fall down, does it really work, and a few times it got pushed by mistake, they’re right on the line really quick. The equipment has not failed, I’m an electronic engineer so I know exactly how it works so I’m probably a pretty good judge if it’s good quality. It's loud so if you’ve fallen down, you've hurt yourself, someone else in the house just listening is gonna hear it. It's very loud, which is a good thing.

I accidentally hit it against something and the call was answered and I had to explain it was a mistake but I'm a lot more careful than when I first got it. The lady's voice was very clear, I understood what she said, it wasn't garbled or have any static so that was that was a good thing. I didn't expect it to be quite that good. I wear it everywhere, I don't go anywhere if it's in the charger. I stay here until it charges and it charges in about two hours to give me five days to wear it.

I live in a rural area and I do have some problems with the cell phone out here, the service is very weak, but every time I've tested it, it does work. On one test, they couldn't answer the phone and something came up saying that they lost the cell phone connection but they called me back on my other phone immediately so I think that was really good and they told me that if I hadn't have answered that other phone that they would have sent some medics out. It makes me it makes me feel more comfortable when I have to leave because the one that lives with me has a fall risk and so I feel a lot better if I have to go. I hang that pendant thing around her neck so that if she does fall we'd be able to just tell.

Well it obviously works but I'm not real happy with the instructions that were provided up front when I received the device. I was not informed that if any of my people in my care circle received a call that they have to know the contract number in order to get information. My daughter got an alert and she didn't know the contract number and the person hung up on her and it caused her a great deal of concern. The other thing is I took my receiver off of the cradle and laid it on the counter top because it said you shouldn't leave it in there too long and I was working around the house and I thought I heard somebody say my name but I I have the TV on so I didn't pay attention to it. Apparently it was you guys calling to check on me and next thing my neighbors knew, sheriff's department called up, probably doing a wellness check, so I needed a little more information about how I'm gonna leave that thing off the cradle. So I know the thing works because obviously I'm getting responses from the fire department and the sheriff's office and whatever.

It's really easy for mom to use. The operator is easy to reach, the person comes on starts talking to her little bracelet and she explains she's testing when she does and they say that's fine you have a nice day. They were very proactive in giving instructions, great experience overall so far. They answered my phone call immediately and answered all of my questions very well. It was very easy to set up. I charged it overnight, I made the phone call and the person on the other end of the line walked me through the entire process of activating the device. Very easy for my 92 year old mother to use. I think for the device that they offer it's extremely well priced and affordable. I do feel comfortable that if there were emergency that they would they would be there to help. They were really friendly and extremely respectful. When I told them my mom was hard of hearing, they really made sure to talk loud and slow and and treated her with respect. Even though you know sometimes old people don't necessarily feel that way. It's great quality, it really works. I do like the button because it is very portable, it charges quickly and it's comfortable to wear, it has a soft band around the neck.

They are easy to get a hold of and they seem very knowledgeable about their products. I haven't had to use it for a medical emergency yet, but we tested it and they answered right away. The only thing that I dislike is unique. The necklace part of it is too short by about two or three inches, as I have a pacemaker defibrillator and I have to staykeep it at least six inches away with my device and the cord that comes with it is not quite long enough to do that. When I first got it I had a problem with the charging unit so they sent me another one and I sent the old one back, so their service is been very good. They've always done everything when I call the service manager and they they do everything and answer any questions I want an answered.

I would recommend them to everybody when you have problems because like I broke my hip and then I dislocated it twice so it was like our frustration was taken away because they just took over for me so that helps a lot. I used it twice and the firemen were right here and I had that lock box out there from Guardian, so they were able to get in to me because when the door was locked and that worked out wonderfully. They were right here to help me and took me to the ER.

Not too long after we got medical guardian my husband was out in the barn and he fell down and he couldn't get himself back up because he was kind of cramped into a corner so he pushed the button and they came out. It's going to help protect my grandmother. We tested it just the other day and everything's been working fine on it. She has not had to use it, but she did bump at one time and they came right on the speaker and asked if she had fallen. I have had trouble downloading the app to work from my phone to keep track of the unit. It's kind of bulky and the strap that she wears around her neck kind of gave her a rash at the beginning. When I called, I had an issue with logging in and the lady fixed it immediately and helped walk me through setting it up. I have already told 3 people about Medical Guardian. When we first got the device, we tested it and they called back right away. Back in June, my mother in-law fell and* my wife and I were at a cabin up in the mountains. They couldn't get ahold of my wife so they contacted the next person available. She fell again last week and again the ambulance came right away. We like the that my mother-in-law gets a quick response whenever she contacts somebody.

So far I've never had to use it. I tested it one time and it worked when I tested it. Tested it by pushing the button on the front. The lights changed color and somebody came on and asked "Are you okay? or something to had effect. They got back to me right away and made sure that there was nothing wrong with me and it was just a test. It's a nice device if you have to wear something like this.

The thing that I like is the flexibility that it goes anywhere with me. The thing that I don't like is the battery-charging capability- I wish it stayed charged longer. I know my paperwork said it holds a charge for five days, but it's only keeping about a 3 1/2 day charge. I have accidentally dropped it twice and instantly it said fall detected, so I had to respond to let them know it wasn't really a fall. It was nice to know that the device was working. I don't wait very long on hold when I call which to me is plus and my questions are answered.

I like the speed of it. My wife fell on the floor and couldn't get up and hit the button and someone came immediately and they said that they sent medical ambulance services, I didn't need a medical ambulance I just needed a fire department to come with a couple guys who would help pick her up off the floor so they sent the fire department and we had everything resolved.
