Good system, easy functionality ....customer service is very informative.
We only tested it when we received it and one other time it was activated by mistake but both times we got a call to make sure my mom was ok!
Connection to cellular is poor takes dispatch too long to respond. Necklace is overly sensitive so accidental requests for help are frequent

I feel very secure having my medical guardian around my neck. However, I have set it off three times without meaning to. It is very sensitive to something touching it, such as, leaning against the kitchen table, holding a package, and picking it up out of the charger.
At the very beginning of the month, I tested it and it worked very well. The operator was polite and efficient. She asked me a couple of questions to determine it was a legitimate test and when she was assured it was, she concluded the call. I like the feeling that I have some backup in case of an accident.
It has gone off several times, all my fault, and they were right there and call right away.
When there is any problem, it is there when I need it. I know somebody is on the other end.
I’ve recommended them to several of my neighbors. I like that I can wear it around my neck. I always have access to it when I need it. They were very helpful and walked me through step by step. It took a lot of their time and patience but I did not feel rushed.
Wish it would go further into my house but it doesn’t but I like that I have it if I need it.
It gives me a sense of security. They check up on me.
So far they have been very good. I like the watch. I can take it in the shower. I like the cradle. It gives me a sense of security. Customer service has been very good. They got me a new medallion and watch when it didn’t work and now it works fine.
I fell on the concrete floor and have a concussion so it is very helpful to have Medical Guardian. I know there is somebody waiting to hear from me. I am very happy to have. It is giving me more comfort.
Everything is going fine. When I was setting it up, I tested and it seemed to work fine. It is pretty simple to use.

The person in customer service was very nice, polite, and friendly. We actually had a little laugh together. I like that the device is easy to wear. It is not sometime you have to worry about putting on. You can just keep it there.
