I think it's too heavy and too bulky but I think the company is great.
It's right around my neck in case there's an emergency. When I tested it it went really well. They were prompt, precise and right on time. It's good if you have scary symptoms and no ones around not just for the elderly.
They came right away when I had to use it. It's very reassuring to have it. It's easy to use and they don't take me to the ER automatically.
When I first got it it went off when we were setting it up and the people were very very nice and helpful. I'm wearing the necklace one. The watch I had but it doesn't stay in the band very well.
It was too long for me and the thing went off. They answered right away. It scared me at first. The guy on the phone told me it was too low for me so my grandson tied it higher. It is a little heavy.
It is waterproof. I can take it in the shower or do the dishes. I just like it. I don't have to bother charging it.
My mother wears it. It's very convenient. She likes the watch better then the pendant. They've been very nice and kind and very patient and they walk through everything with step by step directions which makes it very easy.
I charge it every day so it won't run out. I'm very pleased with it.

I've hit it by mistake a couple times and that was handled very well.
Twice it was hit by accident and I was called immediately and I assured them I was fine. They've answered our questions and check in with us as needed.
It's great they've been wonderful. I tested it for the first time. They were very attentive and quick to respond.
I'm glad I have it. I tested it when I first got it and it seemed to be ok.
We've had positive experiences so far. It worked perfectly when we used it. It alerted me as well as the dispatcher. My wife wears it everyday. It works everywhere she goes as far as I can tell.
If I do fall down I've got someone to call. Everything went fine when I tested it 2 weeks ago.
It's handy, accessable, easy to use and convenient.
I can wear it anywhere, any place. I can go to the store or walking and I feel very comfortable. The testing was fabulous. Everyone that I talked to was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Worked good so far. One night it went off when I was going to bed because I didn't realize how sensitive the neck part was.
For safety purposes I like it. I think it is a little heavy around the neck. One time it went off when I had the strap too long around my neck. They called and I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Then the sheriff called and their G.P.S showed my location. They are very professional.
I think the company is great. I wear it in the house it doesn't work outside.
You get through right away to medical.
There's 24/7 service, it's waterproof and covers a large area. They were very helpful as far as getting back to me, answering all my questions, following up. They delivered it quickly and it was fairly easy to set up.
I have both the watch and the pendant and I like everything about it. When I did testing very good operators came on. Their customer support is real good everything is handled in a professional way.
It works very well. I've tested it a number of times. It protects me.
It was tested when we set it up. They immediately responded. I like that if something comes up she can just press that button and somebody contacts her.
My device hasn't worked. They were polite but weren't able to tell me anything except someone would get back to me but I haven't heard anything.

Great customer service....I feel safe while wearing my pendant
Medical Guardian has worked well for us. There have been no issues as of now and we've tested it two times and used it one time when my aunt got stuck in the bathroom. It all works well.
Knowing that I have someone like a big brother watching me that I can get in touch with when I need help is something that I like. They answer right away.
The reason we went with medical guardian is the salesperson was just outstanding. The customer service is very courteous and very concerned when they respond. I'm very pleased with that. I like the convenience of the device and all the options.
You just push the button and somebody answers. I wish I had it before because there was a time I was on the floor for three hours waiting for somebody to come and get me. It is nice knowing I have it.
The company itself is fine. Everybody has been really supportive and informative that we've dealt with. She just does not like the weight of the necklace so she is not wearing it and it just sits on her table.
I like the security of having it in case I should fall or something. They were very very courteous.
So far so good. The times I have accidentally called for help and somebody was there to receive my call and they handled it very well.

The response time was absolutely wonderful. They answered immediately, within one ring. I was quite happy with that.
The times I tested it, the response was immediate and clear. If I have another heart attack or stroke, I wont lie on the floor for three hours again.
I got to used to the size and it really doesn't bother me having it hang around my neck. Somebody answered within a few seconds when I tested it. The person was real nice and talked to me about a few things about the device. It gives me peace of mind knowing that someone is there if I fall to help.
They're always there if I need them. It makes me feel a great deal safer. I like that I can take it on and take it off.
I like the small size and the quick contact. Testing it went smoothly.
I've tested the medical alert device and the response was good. They helped me as much as they could.
The other day I accidentally pressed the button when I was sitting having my lunch and in less than a second someone was on the phone asking what happened. I was very impressed. I like the color and the size of it and I hope to continue to be with it for the longest time.
Medical Guardian is easy to use. It's simple, that is what I like about it. When we first got it, we tested the device according to the instructions and it all went well. It all functions well so there are no problems.
I had the system for m husband, it worked well enough. He passed away about a month ago. Shipped their system back to them and haven't gotten a penny back into my account yet. they took over $100 after he passed and gave no refund so far..... it has been well over 2 weeks. They can grab the money in an instant to bounce your account...
