They are not like your normal customer service. They were not in a rush to get me off. They definitely went out of their way to answer all the questions and asked me if there was anything else I needed. They were very polite. I like the device because I am by myself and I need medical help. I’ve only had it for two months and I have not had to use it yet but I would absolutely recommend them because the brief contact I have had with the company is good.

The button I wear around my neck is small and lights. It’s easy to push and it seems to hold up well. I have worn it for a while and it hasn’t broken yet. It’s easy to get on and of to change clothes and things like that. Most of the people that work there are nice and, one person was a little short with but everyone else was very pleasant. Recommended Medical guardian to a couple of people who are in the apartments I live in, we’re all retired people, because I like the security of having it because I am in a wheelchair and sometimes I fall and then I don’t have anybody to help. One time in particular, I feel down and spent almost six hour on the floor so having Medical Guardian is great because it works and someone comes on right away and wants to know if I need help. The only problem I have had it they were sending me things saying my machine was not working and they had to fox it right up.

Don’t like the wrist band because it is too tight and doesn’t fit my wrist. The necklace is too big and bulky. Either way they probably both stay on the table. I never use it. I think it is a waste of time and it doesn’t cover me outside of the house. If I fell down at the mailbox it would do me no good.

I am very happy with Medical Guardian, they are very fast and very polite. At first I had trouble with the necklace being too long and I tried to shorten it but I was not ale to and it makes false phone calls every time I bend down to wash my face. I gave them a hard time in the beginning and then a friend of mine came over and shortened it and I haven’t had any more problems and I’ve been very happy.

Finally I received the equipment 16 days after I ordered it. I called the company to get a mailing label to send the equipment back as I canceled the entire order two days before it was even shipped. Actually canceled the order on a Tuesday received an email on Thursday saying a tracking number was generated. Then the order did not even start being shipped until the next Monday according to tracing number. I had canceled the order as I was told it would be shipped overnight and was not. I had to pay $20 to send the equipment back as they told me I would not get my money back till they received the equipment back and I paid for a full year. I ordered on Tuesday through Medical Alert and received the equipment the next day Wednesday. There customer service has been absolutely horrible.

When I ordered it, it's supposed to come with a carrying case so I could wear it on my hips. It didn't have that carrying case but I talked with the customer service rep who first got the thing set up and he said he would mail me one right away. It's been over a month and nothing's happened and I don't think anything's going to happen. One of the things I dislike is the limited range of the device you wear around your neck.
