It's sensitive, so you really have to be careful of how you wear it because you can inadvertently set it off. I've just made mine shorter so that I don't lean on it over the kitchen sink. They were always courteous and there at the time that we called. I wish that it would cover more territory, like when I'm in the car in downtown, but I don't think it does.

There is no hassle, don't even know anybody's there or anything until you push the button, and there's usually a fairly fairly quick response and that's it. I've tested it many times and it's always been working. I did have to use it one time and I felt it was good. I felt the people that come work could have been a little faster, maybe, but I lived.

It seems to work and it's a very good device for me. I pressed it accidentally and they responded instantly. The the lady said is there something I can do for you? And I told her that I just pressed the button accidentally and that was all. Everything apparently works on it. Very handy to take care of. I can wear it on my belt and and beside myself when I go to bed.

Easy to use and gives me peace of mind. I've had no problems with it. My husband has some dementia issues and every once in a while he'd press the button and set it off. Everybody was very kind about it. They're always there when I need them. I'm perfectly satisfied with the device and I feel comfortable leaving my husband alone when he he's here alone and he has a way to get in touch with someone if he needs someone.

I'm wearing the pendant around my neck. It's good to know that I have it in case I do have an emergency. It stays charged for a significant amount of time and I put it on the charger until I know that it's completely charged again. It's there around my neck or in my purse when I travel. The company has reached out to me more than once to make sure that I have what I need.

I like it because the security of my mom her having it. She has fallen one time and had it on and the lady immediately was asking her if she could help her, so it works. But Mama told her she was alright and she wasn't hurt, but she could not get up so she called us and we wound up having to drive 30 minutes. I think maybe they need to contact the first person that's on the list even though they don't need an ambulance or anything like that.

They've just been very helpful. If I've had a question or anything like that, they've just been very able to answer my questions and it's been easy. It was easy to set up for me and I think that was important to me because when you're older you need things to be a little easy and not so complicated. So I would recommend it to my older friends because it's easy and it's not hard to do.

I love that my 100 year old mother finds it is safe to wear because when help is needed response is immediate, yet she is not getting "test calls" which with other systems greatly upset because her hearing is poor as well as her eyesight. I am 77 and I plan on getting a wrist alert for when I move to a rural area. I cannot say enough good things about Medical Guardian. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

I like that it's not tied to my local phone and that I can leave and it is working no matter where I am. I have accidentally bumped it and they always responded immediately. And when I told them I was not in need of anything they once again confirmed that and then said goodbye and told me to have a nice day and I appreciated it. I did have trouble with one item and contacted them and they immediately helped me. It's a good product. It's a good value.

I like that my mom has help at a moment's notice. Everything has been excellent. Dealing with the company everything was excellent. We tested it numerous times in the beginning. It was very easy. Someone came right on, no problem. We've also dropped it and it's come on and and we say it was a mistake, we put it down too hard or it dropped and no problem. Everybody came on really fast. It was so quick.

We got the device within a day or two of ordering it. They're very responsive when the button is pushed. We're happy with it. One time she pushed the button accidentally and they came right up and said hey what's going on? And we told them hey, it was an accidental push. The person that wears it, she doesn't like it hanging on her neck, she doesn't wear necklaces or anything like that, so it's a discomfort for her, but I still tell her she has to wear it

I was walking from my chair to a counter without using my walker, thought I could make it. I was carrying a glass and a cup, and I tripped on the rug and fell down on my head because I was carrying things in my hands. My head did start bleeding, so I used the button, called for help and within 5 minutes, both my brother and his wife were here and the fire department folks. They did an assessment of my vitals and we all decided that I was not going to need any kind of stitches so under their care and their advice all ended well.

First of all, they call you right away. They're very pleasant and I like the way they talk to you. It makes you feel like they care and it's a little thing, but it isn't a little thing. I like the bracelet, it's very convenient. I don't like the main device that you wear around your neck, it's too heavy, big and cumbersome. But I do like the convenience of the bracelet.

Medical Guardian has taken care of my needs. Even though the device that I had was defective, they got the other one to me very quickly and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. Being on my own, I don't have anybody living here to help me or even living near me. One of the reasons that I ended up getting the device was that I slipped in the shower and then couldn't get up. Took me 2 hours to get a hold of my telephone and call 911 so they could come and help me out of the shower. Had I had this device on, it would have been no problem at all, other than pushing the button and being terribly embarrassed. My son insisted I get this device and he bought it for me and pays for the service between him and my daughter and it's just really nice to know that they care. I'm not sure what it cost but I would say at this point in time, whatever it costs, it's worth it.

It's effective. When she pushed the button I got a phone call. She got her help. The device speaks directly to her, so it's one of those that when she pushed the button, someone came on immediately. She was able to get to me and I was able to get help to her. My wife used it when I wasn't there and she had to push the button. She had fallen and help came immediately. Satisfied so far.

I got everything all set up. I got the lock box on the door. I got her medical information on the refrigerator. I did everything they asked me to do. They were extremely helpful with the whole purchase. It got here a lot quicker than I thought it would. It was so easy to do and they were so helpful because I didn't know what I was doing. I pressed and held the button and it was like 2 seconds the lady came on and said, that she was from medical guardian and I said I'm just testing and she said, "So let me confirm, you are just testing the device" and I said yes and that was it.

The service has been great. It was an easy process to set up and we really like the watch. He can take that with him anywhere. It's not just the home bound device. When I called about the band being too large they get me a new one right away. Another time I called with a question about how to set up the text on the watch because I did that feature and someone was able to walk me through the steps. We've tested it and it went through fine. No issues.

The few times that I've contacted, it's mainly been to test the thing monthly, but when my wife fell and pushed the button, there was somebody right there and she told him what had happened to her and the rest was automatic. Pretty soon we had a fire truck pull up in front of our house, they came in and they got her up and everything was fine. The little magnetic device that holds the lanyard together just doesn't have enough strength and I ended up just pulling it off and tying the ends, which works fine, but that little magnetic clip is really not worth much.

I think it's very valuable. It makes me feel secure to know that I can always contact someone if I need help because I live alone. Most of the time I'm by myself, and wear it out when I'm out with other people in case I need it if I go in the restroom or something alone, so it makes me feel safe. The time I tested it, there was someone available in the time that accidentally dropped it. They were right on top of it. Someone was contacting me immediately.

It's been absolutely fine. The main reason I need something is because I'm in the house by myself. A couple of times I have been busy doing things and I press it when I'm wearing the wristband and I've had an immediate response. They've all been very friendly. They've been very careful to be absolutely sure that I was doing OK and that there was nothing that I needed.

I like that it's small in size. It is easy to use, my mother can use it, and she's 91. I like the security of having someone on the other line always answer. I've always been able to get someone on the line if I had an issue. I did have one problem with the charger and that it intermittently seemed not to be charging correctly and I was immediately sent a replacement when I called.

Son ordered system before I was ready to pretend I was living alone. Several nice calls reminding me to sign the contract, that was not right for me. One really rude call who wouldn't listen. Did send in a corrected, signed contract. Can't use the braclet stuff, it makes my skin break out, not that Son aor anyone cared. I'm 90, on my own now in Montana, trying to get my house repairs done, started before my husband'death, not that it made a difference to those demanding I wear this thing all the time. Sometimes it comes undone from the lanyard or gets where you are bending over and then it goes off. Can be a pain in the neck. But I do where it all of the time now that I'm alone.

I think it's a good service to have. My father's in hospice and you know, he's aged and he's got weak legs and so it's just great to know that on top of us checking in on him when we can, when we're not there, he has Medical Guardian. We have not had a real emergency, but he accidentally hit it before and we received immediate response, which of course we appreciated.

It's convenient to wear and I generally could do a lot of things without setting it off accidentally. I've tested it a couple of times and the operators come on and are very very cordial and helpful. I would like for the battery to stay charged longer than it does. Generally I have to charge it every other day, so I expected that the battery would stay charged for 3 to 4 days, but it's only about 2 days, so that's the only negative that I have.

My children are happy that I'm wearing it and I do like it and I feel like I'm protected here at home by myself. And when I go to bed, I have it right on my table, right by me in case I need it for a reason. But I've just had several falls and so they're afraid of my falling, so I do have the fall protection too. And I know that if something was to happen, all I've got to do is push this little button and I'm going to get help right away, which is very, very valuable to me. I think that's about it. It's just my little buddy. It's what I call it.

We like mostly the simplicity and the sense of security that it brings my mother-in-law and us. It's interesting that as soon as she put it on, you could see her demeanor change in her face. She just felt more comfortable. And when we shared with her that if she in the middle of the night began to feel like she was scared because her heart was racing or something like that, she could push the device and somebody could talk with her until she felt more comfortable or call for help.

My mom's 90, and she was about to get in the shower and she did not remember that she could wear it in the shower. And so as she was entering the shower, she took it off her neck and she threw it up onto the counter and because it has the fall ability, immediately someone asked if everything was okay. It took her a little while to figure out who was talking so that showed me that the fall function of the device worked well.

I have had no issues and there are no issues with people calling. There was an initial issue with the contract and the people were very gracious, answered my questions right away, took care of everything that I needed. I like that there's a bracelet so it doesn't hang around her neck. And I like that there's immediate response that few times we've needed to use it.

It works very efficiently. I was taking a shower and I took the Guardian off and laid it on the rug next to it and my dog stepped on it. And next thing I knew, I had two emails, people in the doorway wondering if I was okay. I had another experience where I dropped it and I got a call saying "Are you OK?" I was shocked and astonished that it's that sensitive and that beneficial.

It is convenient to leave on the night stand at night and to put on in the morning, and it's easy to care for and I like the fact that you can charge it and it lasts for several days. The item itself is lightweight and comfortable to wear. I tested it and it rang in and I had a very prompt answer from one of the operators. When I hooked it up, I tested it and they had some bugs to work out. The phone that reached me for testing didn't have the right data. As soon as they did, which was the next day, it was up and running, so it's going to be there when I need it. Medical Guardian is very polite, very knowledgeable, and they have provided me with the information I needed. I wear it throughout the day and feel protected because I live alone. I feel that I would not have to worry if I should fall. It's a very good device- the pendant that I wear is good quality.

I was up north last week and I happened to set it off by mistake and I was five miles back in the woods and I was surprised that they got in contact with me. I have to charge it every three to five days.So that means that I don't have it on my body.For three to five hours while it is charging. When I called the girl to activate it, she was very helpful.

I accidentally used it, I pressed the button the operator got on the phone within seconds and I told her it was an accident, I made a mistake, I touched it by accident and it's nothing, no problem, she says "Are you sure?" I said yes, she said "Thank you very much. Bye." I think Medical Guardian's piece of equipment for fall detection is excellent. The reaction time was quick.

I've had other systems and Medical Guardian has not failed once. I called on my other system and they didn't bother to pick up and I wound up in the hospital, so it's a good choice for me. I like how they work the system and it's a very good price for the amount of money I'm spending. Just the other day, I fell and I pushed the button and got the fire department over here to pick me up.

The explanation was simple, concise, and there were e-mail checkups as far as asking for feedback as well as phone calls several months down the road just to make sure everything was working properly, good customer support. One time my father in law had fallen, my mother-in-law couldn't pick him up and they pressed the button and everything went according to plan in an efficient way.

Company easy to work with. The alert device functioned flawlessly. We were convened since living in a heavily wooded area that the signal would not be good. Not an issue at all. And we were told if it failed to pick up we could send it back with no obligations. Company works well with folks who are not internet savy . The initial contact salesperson sold us when he told us a story of how his grandmother had called for help when she got lost and used her device to call. Talked with multiple companies and as far as simplicity and price Medical Guardian won.

I am very pleased with it, I am comfortable with it and it doesn't bother me at all. I think it's a good thing to have. They will take care of any problem immediately. I think it's quality is fine. I dislike the fact that it has to be charged at irregular times. If it could go for a whole week and I could charge it on the same day each week it would be easier because I forget to charge it.

A piece of the necklace broke off and they replaced it the whole thing. It works every time I test it, which I do every three or four weeks. I don't like wearing it around my neck all the time this bothers me I don't like the fact that there is a light flashes on and off I feel like it calls attention to me. I dropped it on the floor two times and it never even went off and I thought well I don't know how secure I feel with this if I went down and it didn't even go off.

The response time was short and the individual who called back was very pleasant and appeared like they knew exactly what to say in helping make sure that everything was okay and then once they did find out what the status was very helpful in that regard. Every time we tested it my dad got a phone call back within a few minutes and was able to communicate with that individual who was monitoring his device. Its worked every time we tested it. I like really everything that we've experienced, the ease of setting it up, and the fact that it's passed through the phone line.

I had to use it once at the beach. I sat down on a sofa and it was too low for me to get out, so I had to call them and get them to call my relatives to get me up. Quality is good. I'm having trouble right now with it coming apart, so I am going to have to get a new one. I like my devices it's been very helpful to me so far I accidentally pushed it into it they were very nice It doesn't responded I accidentally did that that I haven't had to use it as a emergency type situation but I liked it

It was easy to use and install. The customer service rep that helped me set up the product was outstanding, the service was excellent. We tested it when we set it up, it seemed like it took a little bit of time for someone to respond but otherwise very happy with the device. We had a previous service and it did not include a lock box and I really like that feature.

Sometimes when I fall the medical alert thing does not go off. They verify that you're okay before they dismissed the call. They do seem like they care about you and not just another customer, they treat you as if you were a family member who they were making sure Medical Guardian worked for you and your needs so that was important to them as well as important to me.

The response has been incredible. We've had to used it for service like three times now and the call centers have been great. The device works wonderful, it's small and easy to use and all the help that I get from them anytime I need something they're right there to help me. It doesn't matter what time of day I call them for whatever problems I want or any questions I have they're always quick to answer and they're very courteous on the phone and always willing to help and go an extra mile.

They've answered all my questions that I have for them and they were really good about getting it set up. They did an excellent job. I tested it and I got an answer right away so that worked well. I like the you can take it anywhere and it works. It's confusing to know when to recharge and if they could make something a little lighter that would be nice.

It was a very easy to set up and my customer service that we received when purchasing they were very thorough and they answered questions. It's excellent. When we pushed the button it went straight through and they asked if we needed assistance and you could respond yes or no and it picked up on it quickly. We had no problems with it. The first individual we spoke with was a little bit more focused on the sale than on making sure that our needs were met, but the second individual I spoke with was super helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The person who I had been in contact with when I was purchasing it was amazing. He was very patient, he answered everything and put my mind at ease and took the time to explain everything. We had numerous phone calls before I actually purchased it and he was patient and wonderful. It's actually from my mom and I like the fact that she wears it around her neck and that is easy accessible for her.

Well it obviously works but I'm not real happy with the instructions that were provided up front when I received the device. I was not informed that if any of my people in my care circle received a call that they have to know the contract number in order to get information. My daughter got an alert and she didn't know the contract number and the person hung up on her and it caused her a great deal of concern. The other thing is I took my receiver off of the cradle and laid it on the counter top because it said you shouldn't leave it in there too long and I was working around the house and I thought I heard somebody say my name but I I have the TV on so I didn't pay attention to it. Apparently it was you guys calling to check on me and next thing my neighbors knew, sheriff's department called up, probably doing a wellness check, so I needed a little more information about how I'm gonna leave that thing off the cradle. So I know the thing works because obviously I'm getting responses from the fire department and the sheriff's office and whatever.
