They did speak to me and explain how it worked when I had a problem charging it. I like the fact it is on my wrist as opposed to hanging around my neck because I found that very annoying, especially while I was sleeping. Everything worked out okay when I tested it.

Would definitely recommended. I like that my grandmother is able to press it at any time and just get an emergency service or me or my aunt. When we tested it the operator was talking through the device like a phone. I didn't know much when I signed up but it was a really fast process and they made it easy for me. The sales representative was very helpful. It gives comfort to my sister who we signed up for medical alert. The tests were successful and complete and it is appears it will work fine when we need it.

Not as expensive as other companies. My mother has used it a few times. I have not had any problems with their customer service.

Feel safe wearing it. It is a little heavy but I guess it has to be because I have the GPS.

Happy with what I use it for. It is more freedom to move around so that in case I fall I can get help. It tested out fine. Whenever I call customer service, it is taken care of.

Knowing my mother can get help when I am not around is something I like. I also like that there are multiple devices, in case you can't reach one, you have options. I like the fat that you don't have to have a phone line and it is completely GPS. They people I spoke with were very helpful and I had a good experience.

Service is very good, they answer all your questions. The device is excellent and I feel safe now. The only thing I don't like is the necklace hanging around my neck, it bothers me but there is not much than can do so it has been good. It is expensive but I recommend it highly.

Frustrated by the fact that it has made several calls a couple of times when she didn't mean to. It is a bit of a trial period. It is a good deal. It did get her immediate results we she accidentally triggered it.

I like it because it works very well. We've had a couple of incidents were it has gone off by accident and they responded rapidly and took care of the problem right away. I think the device is great.

Watch is too big and clunky and it went off one time by accident and I could not figure out how to shut it off but they did answer right away.

I dislike it because it did not work when my grandfather fell and broke his hip. It did not respond.
