I'm very happy with it. It is annoying that I have to charge it every few days. I have tested coupled couple times. And my husband used it because I was passing out so he used it and and medics got here very quickly and I was taken to the hospital.

I live alone and I accidentally used something that I thought might have given me an allergic reaction. I was able to talk with somebody on the phone to see if the allergic reaction progressed. I ended up taking Benadryl and staying home. I didn't call an ambulance. The people are easy to deal with. They are responsive. They they do what I need.

I called to get some information before I bought this thing and I talked to a lady who just laid everything out straight for me. No arm twisting or anything, just gave me the facts. It was easy to understand and it laid out the advantages and the disadvantages and I don't know if there were any. Gave me some options I could choose from and when we got done, I felt like I made an intelligent purchase. I didn't feel like I'd been hoodwinked or arm twisted or anything. I was really pleased with the way that worked, and since then, it's been easy to talk to people and tell them what we needed.

I'm just grateful that when we call, the medical alert team is right there. They come to the house in less than 5 minutes and they're so helpful to my husband because he has fallen. They help him with such ease and concern and I'm very happy about that.

They listened to what I had to say. They didn't interrupt me, and then they assess the situation. They asked some additional questions and they were able to resolve it. I find that very good and that's speaking from someone who has managed global call centers for 28 years.

When I first got it, the alarm went off twice when I did not press it. I don't know why it went off. One time I had the rescue squad come right to the house, I wasn't home, and they searched the whole house for me. They couldn't find me because I was out eating with friends. The other time I was in a restaurant also and it went off. Luckily one of the people I was with was on my list, so she told them that I was there but I wasn't real happy about that. I called the company and they sent me a new thing that I could talk into. So now that hasn't happened anymore, I don't know if something was just not right or something. Otherwise it's okay except my bracelet keeps coming off my wrist. If I snag it on the little tiniest thing, it's falling off, so I have to be really careful that I don't lose it.

It's for my 89 year old father and it makes me feel a little more comfortable when I'm not with him. Medical Guardian was very responsive and did what I asked while I was on the phone. We haven't had any instances where we needed to use the service, but the unit holds the charge really well.

I like the service and when I started I had a problem and they sent me a new lock in 24 hours. Then I broke a part of my mecklace and I I got a new one in 24 hours. It is easy to use and I feel a lot safe. I have already told my friends thaht they need it.

Medical Guardian’s alarm system which I wear around my neck is super reliable, comfortable and very reassuring. I am 86 years old, walk a dog several times a day in all weather and I know I am always protected. It is very reassuring for my family as well to know Inam so well protected.

It keeps my mother safe. I can test it any time I want and make sure it's working properly, although one time it accidentally went off during church. Our phones were shut off so they couldn't reach us, so they sent an ambulance out. But they're very, very nice. When they call in on the phone, they're calm and collected.

We really haven't had it that long, but I dropped it on on the ground when I first received it and they called because they thought it was a fall. So I was happy that I knew right away that it worked. My mom feels safer wearing it because she lives alone and she's 88 years old, so that's comforting for family members as well.

I like the fact that my mom is all the way up in New York and I'm in Tennessee and I can make sure that she's safe. She tested it by accident because her cat jumped on her and they called her right way and asked her if she was okay. It's great.

I like the device itself. It's lightweight around my neck and that's important. I'm very happy with the fact that you can wear it in the shower and all kinds of other things. The only thing I don't like is I think it's supposed to inform me when my battery is going low. Sometimes I'll go days and I'll forget about it and then I'll realize that the battery is low.

One time I shared to a person that I don't like the pendant so much, I think I would like the wristband better, and he said we can send you that free of charge. Later I did receive it with another little square thing that I could push because I lived in a trailer with no postal code. The cord that came with it was loose and my sons couldn't figure out how to put it in there and I couldn't figure it out, and I sent it back. They still have to reimburse me because they did charge me $75. I'm not totally happy. I still have it, and I stayed for a year but I'm thinking about cancelling it because I don't feel I get enough answers, and I get a different person every time and I don't like that either.

I feel safe with my medical Guardian. I am 82 years old . I live alone and still am able to drive. But this a safety aid for me . As I did fall and was able to call 911 but if I had been unable to call 911 I might have been down a long time

They answer right away. No hold or wait till the next available agent or anything like that. It was immediate. The lanyard that they sent with it was so long, it almost came down to my navel. It's convenient. It's small, so it's not like you have to have something big to carry it in or whatever. It's easy to use.

It's easy to hear the voice announcing and asking if I'm okay. That's a lot better than any other I've tried before. It charges up easily. Right now I'm using it as a clip because the silver string that goes around the neck onto the device just broke off the first time I used it. I was told that I would be sent a new device that I could wear on my neck and I haven't gotten it, but everything else has been wonderful.

It makes me feel more secure. Every time I've had to call to get a new clip to hold the alert, they were very helpful. I would say I think they should furnish extra little things that you can clip on your side, on your pants, because if that breaks and you don't have yarn, you have to lay it in the shower while you're showering. So I think we should have an extra one on hand so that if something happens, we are not at a loss to use it.

It give her some security when we're not around. She lives by herself, so gets her little added security having it on, in case she needs it in an emergency. She accidentally set it off one night and she got a call immediately, so it was working very good.

Easy to reach and they seem to resolve any issues immediately. I thought I was signing up for him to have somebody to speak with him if he fell, and he did happen to fall when I was in the house and nothing came out of the speaker. So I called and I found out it was an extra thing that I had to sign up for, which I had no idea. It's like another $10 a month, but that was the only thing that was a little annoying, because when I signed up, this is what I was looking for and I didn't actually have the feature.

The device (mini version) does not hold a charge for more than 2 days. It really needs to sit on the charger at night. Because my Dad gets up frequently at night to use the bathroom, this isn’t the greatest. The attachment ring on the top broke off ( he’s had the device for less than 6 months). Customer service was great. They are sending a replacement with 2 day shipping. He hasn’t received it yet. Hoping it will come as promised.

I've never used their services, which is a good thing. However, the pendant is the 1st thing I put on in the morning and the last thing I take off at night. Being 77 and living alone (unless you count the dog) I wouldn't be without it.

So far it's been great. I look forward to working with them some more and just checking out the device. The testing has been good. They've been responsive. About a month after we had it my mom had a fall and they were able to dispatch emergency services and get her taken care of, so it came in handy. We've had some battery issues show up.

We got the device within a day or two of ordering it. They're very responsive when the button is pushed. We're happy with it. One time she pushed the button accidentally and they came right up and said hey what's going on? And we told them hey, it was an accidental push. The person that wears it, she doesn't like it hanging on her neck, she doesn't wear necklaces or anything like that, so it's a discomfort for her, but I still tell her she has to wear it

I was walking from my chair to a counter without using my walker, thought I could make it. I was carrying a glass and a cup, and I tripped on the rug and fell down on my head because I was carrying things in my hands. My head did start bleeding, so I used the button, called for help and within 5 minutes, both my brother and his wife were here and the fire department folks. They did an assessment of my vitals and we all decided that I was not going to need any kind of stitches so under their care and their advice all ended well.

Medical Guardian has taken care of my needs. Even though the device that I had was defective, they got the other one to me very quickly and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. Being on my own, I don't have anybody living here to help me or even living near me. One of the reasons that I ended up getting the device was that I slipped in the shower and then couldn't get up. Took me 2 hours to get a hold of my telephone and call 911 so they could come and help me out of the shower. Had I had this device on, it would have been no problem at all, other than pushing the button and being terribly embarrassed. My son insisted I get this device and he bought it for me and pays for the service between him and my daughter and it's just really nice to know that they care. I'm not sure what it cost but I would say at this point in time, whatever it costs, it's worth it.

First of all, they call you right away. They're very pleasant and I like the way they talk to you. It makes you feel like they care and it's a little thing, but it isn't a little thing. I like the bracelet, it's very convenient. I don't like the main device that you wear around your neck, it's too heavy, big and cumbersome. But I do like the convenience of the bracelet.

I got everything all set up. I got the lock box on the door. I got her medical information on the refrigerator. I did everything they asked me to do. They were extremely helpful with the whole purchase. It got here a lot quicker than I thought it would. It was so easy to do and they were so helpful because I didn't know what I was doing. I pressed and held the button and it was like 2 seconds the lady came on and said, that she was from medical guardian and I said I'm just testing and she said, "So let me confirm, you are just testing the device" and I said yes and that was it.

The service has been great. It was an easy process to set up and we really like the watch. He can take that with him anywhere. It's not just the home bound device. When I called about the band being too large they get me a new one right away. Another time I called with a question about how to set up the text on the watch because I did that feature and someone was able to walk me through the steps. We've tested it and it went through fine. No issues.

It's effective. When she pushed the button I got a phone call. She got her help. The device speaks directly to her, so it's one of those that when she pushed the button, someone came on immediately. She was able to get to me and I was able to get help to her. My wife used it when I wasn't there and she had to push the button. She had fallen and help came immediately. Satisfied so far.

The few times that I've contacted, it's mainly been to test the thing monthly, but when my wife fell and pushed the button, there was somebody right there and she told him what had happened to her and the rest was automatic. Pretty soon we had a fire truck pull up in front of our house, they came in and they got her up and everything was fine. The little magnetic device that holds the lanyard together just doesn't have enough strength and I ended up just pulling it off and tying the ends, which works fine, but that little magnetic clip is really not worth much.

I really appreciate the company. They take the time to adhere to the the needs of the customer. They go above and beyond what I would have imagined. They care about the clients that they serve and their well-being. They provide an appropriate response in a timely fashion. One time my mother accidentally hit it and it went off and she wasn't aware that she had hit the button and the emergency department came immediately. I'm thrilled with it.

It's been absolutely fine. The main reason I need something is because I'm in the house by myself. A couple of times I have been busy doing things and I press it when I'm wearing the wristband and I've had an immediate response. They've all been very friendly. They've been very careful to be absolutely sure that I was doing OK and that there was nothing that I needed.

The device was for my mother. Seeing her become more comfortable independently has made a world of difference for myself and obviously with her as well. And just having that comfort of knowing that help is on the way quickly if needed and getting her independent. It's been fantastic. They've been very courteous and helpful and understanding and not blaming when it was a false alarm and they've given me no reason to be negative in any way. This a very, very good product, great to have and peace of mind.

I think it's very valuable. It makes me feel secure to know that I can always contact someone if I need help because I live alone. Most of the time I'm by myself, and wear it out when I'm out with other people in case I need it if I go in the restroom or something alone, so it makes me feel safe. The time I tested it, there was someone available in the time that accidentally dropped it. They were right on top of it. Someone was contacting me immediately.
