We did try another company and we were not satisfied at all. We switched to Medical Guardian and think their whole set up is wonderful. They are good about explaining everything and are easy to understand. The equpmpent is easy to use. The customer service is immediately there for you and they are so polite and nice. They will do anything that can to help you.

I really love that I can go anywhere in the United States with it. I am really pleased with it. I have already recommended it to friends and tell people about it when they ask what it is. I fell one morning and could not get up so I had to use it. The firemen were right there within about five minutes. I like that there is front door box where you can put your key so they don't have to break your door to get in.

I used it a year and a half ago when I fell outside my car. You just push the button and they call in usually less than thirty seconds. I told them I couldn't get up because half of me was in my car and the other half was laying on the pavement. Within probably two minutes the ambulance showed up and took me to the hospital. From the time I pushed the button to the time I was in the ambulance was probably fifteen minutes max. Medical Guardian has been a great company and to this point I have no complaints.

I feel more secure when I have it because I never know when I'm going to tripped over my own toes and fall or something like that. Then I know that I've got a way to contact someone if I happened to be home alone when I have an accident. When I have tested it they have responded very quickly. One time I woke up on the floor and I don't remember how I got there or how long I had been there. I just push the button and got someone to talk and they sent out help right away. It gives me more freedom to to do things.

I used it and didn't have to spend the night on a floor so that was the best thing. I accidentally fell on my living room floor and I couldn't get up and then I remembered the button and I pushed it and the ambulance came within a few minutes and took me to the hospital. I had broken my hip. I was very pleased to have something. I couldn't reach my phone or anything else because I couldn't move and nothing was within reach so Medical Guardian was very helpful.

I appreciate the sense of security. It's very easy to have around my neck here in the house. I only wear it in the house and it is nice because I don't have to worry about it once it's set up. The only thing I don't like is that I can't use it outside but I knew that going in so that's okay. I had a choice between two and I liked what they said about this one. Customer support has answered all my questions.

It's comfortable around my neck, it's not too heavy. I don't push it accidentally and it's shaped so you don't bump it and if it goes off you really have to squeeze it and I like that. The only thing I wish is that it had a longer range, it is only effective here in the apartment and I wish I had something when I was out feeding the cats and dogs and working outside. Any time I do the monthly check, they answer right away. It serves its purpose for the amount of money I pay.

It's great quality and convenient. It is nice that it is portable but I do wish the speaker was attached to the pendant for walks instead of a separate thing you have to carry if you go somewhere. If you push the button, they are right there to talk to you and ask you what is wrong. They respond quickly to all questions and if I don't understand, they are right there to help me.

Medical Guardian is very trustworthy. It's always ready in case we need it and it provides security if one of us falls and we need to have help come to the house. We used the device when my wife fell and I didn't hear it and I was able to get her up. I was really grateful for the police officer that came to make sure we were all okay. I think the device is fine. I like that it is sensitive and if you really needed it, you could barely touch it, and somebody is there. Sometimes you have to be careful. Even though I am not that old, sometimes I bump it and I get worried about doing that. I don't want to alert anybody. I've been really pleased with the feedback and that they check on me, even when it was the flu, they got right back to me.

It's very handy to use. I've been out of my home for two years and my family didn't want me to live alone but I wanted to come home so I went with Medical Guardian and my family was satisfied. When I tested it it was real simple and it's not hard to do. The customer service was very helpful anytime I've had to talk to them. Easy to work with in representing my mother. Answered questions regarding costs at end of service due to a bad experience with another company and MG has appropriate small restocking fee of device and honors the extended warranty we pay for on the device. The other company did not. MG device much easier to use for my mother than prior company''s device. Their packages were set up to not be charging her for a feature she didn''t need or want to use. Overall, they provide an excellent service with at a lower cost and are currently rated the best medical alert company available. I can see why.

I get good answers from them and they're always there and very polite. I like the fact that the base unit is small. I can take it with me wherever I need to go. I like that somebody would stay on the line if I needed them. I'm very happy with it. I investigated several other companies and they're about the same price, but Medical Guardian had better service.

At night when I have the charger in the bedroom, it's like ten feet away from me and the green light is so bright I have to be careful that I'm not looking that way when I'm sleeping. It flashes and it's quite bright. They were very helpful when we set it up and I haven't had to use it but they were very nice and very good when we called to find out about it before we decided to purchase it. It was because of the information that was give and the person that we spoke to that we decided to purchase it.

It's a very convenient device. The charging unit stopped charging and it was replaced but the replacement is okay. I tested it twice. I had some inconveniences with the person that I was speaking to at the time I was testing it. There needs to be a better explanation as to what to expect in terms of the call back. I was staying in a different room than the base unit so I actually missed the call and wasn't prepared in advance and knowing the sequence of the test. I called in when there was a red light on my base unit and it was showing it wasn't working to recharge. They said they would get a replacement overnight but the first one was actually the wrong part and then it was six days. It was a little excessive for delivery.

Everything has been positive so far. I have talked to several people and they've always been very nice and I could count on them. It seems to be a good device. I tested it this week and everything went fine. I was a little upset that my electrical outlet next to my bed didn't give it enough power so I have to keep it in my bathroom, but that is my fault not there's. I recommended it one of my friends.

I like having a security of my elderly parent having a way to contact someone is she should need help. We tested it and they answered very promptly and were very helpful and cordial. We stopped using the wrist button because she would accidently bump it on thing setting off a false alarm. Instead we use the necklace button and we haven't had any problems with it.

It's very easy to set up. I spoke with them yesterday about taking off a contact and adding one so it's very easy to update all your contacts and such. I didn't have to go through a whole lot of waiting. I tested it when I first received it and it came on right away so the response time was very high. t I feel very comfortable that if I needed that if I need to use it the response time be very quick.

They were very informative when I contacted them. When I tested it it was all done very quickly and they were very professional. I like that the one you wear around your neck is smaller than the other ones and that they also have a bracelet. They also have the thing that you put on the door for the E. M. T. so they can get into the house without breaking the door down which was a real big selling point for me.

I purchased this for my 85yr old mother. Of course I hoped we would never need it, but unfortunately she did fall. She pushed her button and was immediately answered and the proper medical personnel dispatched to her house. Medical Gaurdian was fast efficient and made sure I knew what had happened and what was done to help. Great job and great company in my book.

Buttons are big and easy for my ninety two year old grandma to use and the person who answers when we test it is loud enough. They stay on the line and knew her by name. Their customer support is really good too. There was no sales pressure. There is no commitment. It is easy to set up and the device works with no problems. It's good for your money and they are trustworthy.

Would definitely recommended. I like that my grandmother is able to press it at any time and just get an emergency service or me or my aunt. When we tested it the operator was talking through the device like a phone. I didn't know much when I signed up but it was a really fast process and they made it easy for me. I trust the company and the technology. I really like and so does my grandmother.

The young man was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me the price and just told me what I had to do and what to expect. I've had to use my system one time and they were johnny on the spot. I used it one time and I hit the wrong button and they called me back right away and checking on me. The customer service was absolutely great. I was very comfortable. I have automatic pay and having automatic pay every month really comes in handy.

There is a fast response by the EMT's and firefighters. My mom went into cardiac arrest and she wasn't able to breath so she pressed the device and got a response. If we had just found her and called 911 ourselves and not having GPS like the device, she probably wouldn't have made it. The customer service kept my dad and everybody on the same line while we were waiting for the firefighters to keep us calm. They were pleasant to us.

It works and they call and check on my dad. When we first got it it all worked well and I think my dad accidentally had set off the wathc a couple of times and they were concerned and called to make sure he was okay and then also caled the two people on the list to verify to check on him. They're on the ball. They didn't wait, they called immediately to make sure everything was okay. I think the watch is appropriate size wise, it's not real big.

I have fallen a couple of times when no one was at home and I knew I could push the button and someone's here to assist you as soon as possible. I've only tested it to make sure it's working properly and it works. When I do push the button, I don't have to wait long and the person on the other end is very courteous and they are on your side and say they're here to help you twenty four seven. Medical Guardian saved my mother's life. She was wearing her necklace and pressed the button when she was having a stroke. EMTs came immediately and took her to the hospital where she was given important medication to stop the stroke. Everyone in the ER said pressing the button saved her life because she was able to receive immediate care which meant in her case a full recovery. After a week in the hospital and two weeks in rehab, she is now back at home. Thank you, Medical Guardian.

I ordered the watch and I thought the face would be smaller. It was just too big for my wrist. I was afraid I would bump it on something and set off the alarm which I did one time. I'm sending it back to the main office and getting a small disk that goes around my neck. So far, the company seems to be available and friendly. They're very responsive to cold calls. I have no experience with how waterproof it is, but I did check the GPS out once. I went to a small city about 80 miles away from my home and they responded in about 45 seconds. I asked about the GPS and I was pleased with how accurate they were. I think they should provide the wearer some cards to hand out because I've had several people ask me about it and they have to come back home and do a bunch of stuff online to get it going.

The representatives were very good about walking me through how to set it up and everything and the instructions and everything. They were very very kind and very good about explaining everything. I iwsh the button was also the trasnmitter. When I go somewhere I have to take my little transmitter with me. I tested it when I first got it and they were there and answered right away. I haven't had anything happen yet but the customer service has been really good to answer the phone. I'm happy with them. I often forget to take it with me when I leave to go somewhere so I don't like that part. It has to be charged every 24 hours and that part I don't care for too much. I have tested the device twice and the experience is wonderful. If I get further away from the actual device, they'll be able to hear me.

I haven't had a lot of contact with the customer service except for one time when I put the machine in. When I did have contact with them it was good. They took the time to answer my questions and guided me through setting up the machine and what to do and tested the machine. I used it one time at night when I was on the floor and I tried to get on and off the bed and the bed was too high for me to slide on the chair. It was real good and they took care of me. I got the police out here to help me get back up in my wheel chair.

I like the technology of the device but it was associated with AT&T and the AT&T service was poor in that area. We've got just the basic plan and it's not so tech savvy and we like it a whole lot better. It was delivered in a very timely way. I had to call immediately for them to help assist me in running a task and answering any questions that I have since it was a new delivery and my first time. The customer service has been very thorough. The device has been dependable. You can take it in the shower or under water, it just goes with you everywhere. We've tested it and it tested out great. Just a few moments and the person was calling us back and checking in with us. The only thing I wish were a little different, I wish the range of the intercom was a little larger. You have to stay within two hundred and fifty feet or so.

Medical Guardian is just very easy to deal with. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful in the whole process. We just tested it when we first had it up and running and everything worked as planned and as expected. We like that it came with two other devices so we have three total. One of them has a speaker that she keeps with her and the other two are waterproof that she can in the shower with it. They're very small and light.

Anytime I've dealt with them, they have helped me and don't talk down to me. Even when listening to offers from different companies I liked the tone of voice from this company more. My first device had trouble connecting and I was supposed to get a new one. I didn't and after a couple of days I called, and the person got me set up to have a new one.

My father was severely short of breath and I wasn't home and he pushed the button and called 911. I got a call from medical guardian and they said my dad activated you know the system and the ambulance was coming. They managed to save his life so I think that that's an asset. A problem is that we have is he is hard of hearing and he had difficulty communicating through the device but everything else is good.

My wife recently died and I am not in the best of health so I decided that I needed something in case something went wrong. I wear the bracelet. I wish it was capable to being used at a greater distance but I don't go out much so it works for me. When I wasn't wearing the device I had a false alarm and the police were here. I never heard it go off and I hope that doesn't happen again. A representative called yesterday and said they were trying to figure out what happened and I appreciate that they are following though.

The people that I talked to were polite and gave me answers and if I didn't understand, they explained it to me very clearly. The device is not big, bulky, ugly and I like that. You don't need a landline to run it. It was at one point too loud and when they had it set up, they toned it down. You got what it is worth for the price range. I tried another one but it had kind of a weak signal and what I like about this company is they say as long as you have power and you are outside, you will know it will work.

I feel safer. I had another one but it didn't give me the coverage of this one that has GPS. I love their coverage, that I don't have to just sit at home, I can walk. I have accidentally set it off and they were all right there answering immediately in about five seconds and the woman on the phone was wonderful asking if I was okay. It was terrific so I'm very pleased with them. They're very nice people and very nice people and very caring and very helpful wheneve I've asked questions. It seemed like with Medical Guardian, you call and immediately they would send somebody out and you didn't have to then call somebody and then they call someone. They just knew your address and everything about you. I fell outside, I didn't have my chain with me and I couldn't get up and I called and immedaitely they answered and everything was taken care of. When you call from your device, you don't have to spend all the time trying to make clear everything that you need.

My father is ninety three and he had a mild heart attack so I needed something to be able to assist him when he's here at the house by himself. I did some research and they seemed like the best company to go with. It's been pretty easy so far. He wears the device around his neck. The gentleman I talked toget the information was very nice and professional, he answered all my questions. The people on the second call, when I got the equipment, were very nice and helpful. The actual equipment seems like it could be a little better updated.

It's peace of mind, not just for us but for my mom as well should something happen while we're away from the house. They have two devices, the wrist and the necklace, and my mom uses the wrist one for the most part. It easy for her. Customer service has been able to answer all of our questions. It is peace of mind that I have it. It works but it looks cheap. For something that you have to have on all the time it doesn't look very substantial. I feel that is a bit expensive. I've looked at several and I even tried one out and it had to what I wanted. I wear the pendant pretty much all the time even in the shower or when I sleep one around the house. It's very handy but if I'm out in the yard or something there is no way for me to talk to anybody unless I'm in the same room as the base. When I accidentally hit it one time, they were right on the money screaming out my name and stuff and even though I was in another room I could hear it. When the power went out in my house a couple weeks ago the alarm went off and that's how I knew my power was out.
