I like the speed of it. My wife fell on the floor and couldn't get up and hit the button and someone came immediately and they said that they sent medical ambulance services, I didn't need a medical ambulance I just needed a fire department to come with a couple guys who would help pick her up off the floor so they sent the fire department and we had everything resolved.

I've had no problems with them. The girls that helped me were very informative and she walked me through everything so I understood everything about what was going on. I have already recommended them to several people. I like the security. I like that someone would be able to get to me if I didn't have my phone in my pocket. The only thing I've ever had to use it for is to test it once a month, they tell me to press the button and test it and I did and that's the only time I've had to use it. I feel more comfortable with it.

I feel protected and safe at all times. I haven't had to use it in an emergency but I have used it and it has always worked. I have gotten a call back from the guardian at your agency to check on me. My original guardians broke and I had to return it and I received a new one within days and it was just wonderful the experience that I had with customer service. I appreciated their help.

They're always there. I've always gotten a response, it's always been right there whenever I needed it. I have already recommended it. I like everything about it, it's small, it's compact, it's clear when they talk to me and I've used it several times, it's very convenient to wear around my neck. I lost the first device that I had, so I called them because I do have the insurance option and then within days they sent me the second device so I didn't have to go without it for more than about twelve hours. Excellent response, very efficient. I have no problem at all with the value for your money. At first I was a bit put off by the blinking blue light every minute or so. But I get quick responses when I push the button. It is exactly as advertised and I am happy with it.

The people did answer really quickly and they did call us really quickly. And they posted what was going on. We had some problems with the first one we had with them. We used it last week, my brother in law went outside to get the newspaper in the morning and he fell and he hit the medical device and then they called us up. We were very pleased it worked outside. I'm very happy with it. I think it is a an excellent product for a very reasonable price.They are right on top of it when they answer quickly and they clarify the address and who it's for and that it is just protecting. They're very quick. It's all in one package, it's waterproof so you can wear and shower. It's small it's light weight and all you just press the button and the person talks right through the device instead of having a device in another room. It's all the little package very nice.

I called them one time to find out why the device was blinking red instead of blue, and they gave me the answers and direction that I needed. When I first got it, I tested it and it worked fine. And then one time I had tripped over something in the bedroom and fell and they came on and asked me if I was alright and I said yes and they said okay. I like that I know that I can get help when I need it.

The person who answered was very pleasant. I told her it was a mistake. There wasn't any need for any problems, so that resolved it. So it was a good test to make sure the thing was working. The pendant that hangs gets in the way, unless you pin it to the side or some other method. A little while ago it went off. I don't know why, I was standing near the monitor, I guess, and for some other reason it went off and it was loud enough to knock you off your feet.

I rated Medical Guardian as highest No. 5 based on a previous company when I wore their equipment on to find I had worn it for approximately 4 days and discovered it hadn't been working for that period of time and to finally find out my Phone Company was not compatible with their system! The product arrived on time in good condition and was set up easily and tested. Because it blinks all the time when I ware it and is disconcerting to other people and pets, I wear it inside my clothing and backwards. When my electricity went off while travling in another state, the battery only remained charged for 23 hours, not 5 days. I akways test it when traveling by calling the dispatcher using the button to determine if they know where I am located and what the signal strength. I'm surprised that it is only moderate or fair most of the time. The dispatchers and customer service have always been pleasant and helpful. The wait time for customer seevice is too long.Fortunately, I have not had to use the service due to a fall, so I can't judge the response time for help to arrive. I am concerned that I might kot be able to reach the duspatcher fir help duringva storm dye to no verizon service because of loss of electricity and signal strength.

I like the direct communication through the device. Just recently my grandfather accidentally hit the button while he was vacuuming and the response time for medical guardian to contact the ambulance was very fast and I was very impressed. They called me multiple times because I didn't know the phone number so they left me messages on the email that they were going to automatically send first responders to go and check on my grandfather.

I like the response from the testing and the staff that backs it up and the fact that it works. I live out in the country and it it works out here. I needed one that interfaced with a satellite. One thing that I dislike a whole lot is that it interferes with my cell phone signal. I have the one that has the GPS on it and it definitely interferes when I have it on. I'm very satisfied with everything else about it. I accidentally hit the button on the table when they want to reach across the table, so now I wear it backwards, but the response time was immediate.

So far it's great, because if I fall or something emergency people are notified and also my wife will be called. I really like it and they check in because they didn't receive our response. They've got good customer service. We tested them when we first got it. And everything went well. We just had to let them know it was a test that it wasn't an emergency. They have good customer support, I always get the answers I needed. It's worth the money.

I've never had a problem with customer service and the person who set me up was extremely knowledgeable and kind and helpful. My husband just fell yesterday and the device, because it has a motion detector, went off. And immediately someone came on and asked if he was hurt and if he needed help, When he said yes they called the paramedics and then they called me. I like that it gives us a feeling of security.

Technically, the tests of the device for coverage has been effective. The staff answering the phone are very courteous and understanding, and their ability to communicate has been clear and comfortable. It appears so far that the call center is staffed with cultural Americans answering the calls. The battery life which allows twice a week charging is reasonable. The aethetics of the device is pleasing, since its a smaller size and looks attractive. The actual process of making a call makes sense. The blinking light is helpful yo know that device is working.

I like the fact that I have a resource to call out if I fall or something and couldn't get to a phone. I like the necklace and I even take in the bed with me. I charge it during the early evening and, and first thing in the morning for a while so. Other than that it's ideal. I'm very pleased with it and it gives me more confidence living alone. I'm satisfied with what I have. I wear it all the time except in bed and in the shower. I just don't know how to clean the rope that carries it.They respond immediately as far as I can tell. I fortunately have not had to use it in an emergency. I tested it twice. The first time it was fine, they answered and the second time they asked me to do it again and I said I had already tested but I followed the directions and it was I got immediate response. It's supposed to hold a charge for approximately five days. It seems to be working well.

I like that it holds a charge for more than a day or two and that it's light and easy to wear and it doesn't interfere with any of my activities. I use the device particularly when I'm traveling, for instance if I'm away from home I like to be sure I have it. I keep that in my owners manual handy just in case I need it, but really I've found it to be easy to use and not complicated and I'm glad that I decided to buy it. I'm a senior, I'm eighty five years old and I have had falls in the past and I want to be sure the I have some kinds of resource to getting some assistance if I needit.

They're just real good and get you what you need. I had a fall on March the 7th and I pushed the button and they they came on right away and sent the fire department came and then I had another fall on the 31st and the fire department came again that time because I did hit my head and it was bleeding and so just want to make sure that I didn't need to go to the hospital. The response time is just fantastic.

It's very light weight and with the GPS you can basically go anywhere and still have coverage and protection since it's not tied to your home phone line or anything like that so I guess the portability and the weight of it wonderful. It's performing wonderfully. I test it once a month and they always come right on the line very quickly and I just tell them it is a test and they verify my location just to be sure it's working properly. They've done an outstanding job. It was a good experience.

I like having it around my neck so that I've always feel safe because they follow up. I tested it when I had forgotten the Medical Guardian out of the shower and when I brought it in I got it wet and I tested it because I wanted to see if it was okay and it was. It makes me feel secure that I have this. I don't use the watch part of it, but I am I using the neck one but I really like it because it's it's nice to know that you always have something with you.

When they initially sent the device out it was missing the necklace and they sent two wristbands instead of one necklace and one wristband and I called them to let them know and they mailed out a new a necklace within a day or two, so very good customer service. We tested it and it worked fine and it's easy to operate. The only problem is the button that she wears around her neck is too easy to push, when she presses something against her chest and it pushes the button that sends out a false request.

My kids bought this for me so I think it's well worth well worth the money that they spent for me. There is a sense of security and safety. I just love it. I'm not scared anymore. My children don't worry about me as much either. I actually dropped it on the ground hard and it went right off and paramedics were here everything was wonderful. To be honest with you I think the price a little high but I realize there's a lot of things involved so I guess the price is pretty pretty reasonable. I guess I'm satisfied with it. I've never had occasion to use it I hope I don't, but if I have a case to use it I guess it'll be okay. I don't know because I've never had to use it. Now my wife had one two to three years ago before she passed away and it worked pretty good because we pushed a button and here that came the police and the ambulance and the fire department and one of your reps was able to get my wife to the hospital, unfortunately she never came home. It fell off my belt last night and then I decided it's time to charge it.

I'm not crazy about wearing it around my neck but I know they have a belt you know you can out it on a belt loop but I have belt loops either so I think maybe something on the wrist so would be a little better. I tested it right after I got it and they came on right away no problem at all and then I accidentally set it off when I was carrying wood because I had it under my shirt because its getting up in the wood and they came on and I just told them what was going on and they just wanted to make sure I was okay. I haven't had any problem with them or anything.

For the money its a little bit high the price you know but I know its necessary. I mean it is something necessary for old people like me. very very necessary I appreciate all the detail like I put a lock in my door you know with a copy of my key and give me you know security just in case something happened to me and I'm unconscious or something. We've been pleased so far we have been blessed that we haven't had to use it in a real emergency so far so but I fell like it will perform as expected and we don't have any complaints. The response time I think it was reasonable, there was some delay but I think its reasonable. It was a good service. We tend to try it on its limits at home here and I think it's five hundred feet and i want to see how well that is true when my wife feels like getting out into the yard and walking a little bit out and so we can test the device in that way but so far I've been well pleased with it.

I like it because its smaller and the lanyard is doesn't hurt my neck its not as heavy so far so good. I tested it once and it was very quick it went right through and my battery I charged it five day I haven't charged it any longer I'll wait to see how long it really takes before I had to charge it but it did wait for five days. It provides me a great peace of mind when I leave the house and leave my husband alone. He had a massive heart attack and I feel very comfortable leaving him alone with the device. It seems to work when we test it. It works perfectly and the women on the other end have been extremely polite and knowledgeable. They are calm even when it is not an emergency. It was very easy to set up. It was hard to attach to his wrist. It is hard for an older person with limited finger mobility.

They answer right away they took care of everything right away. It works really well, they called right away and asked if we needed any help and it worked out, we didn't so that was good it was accidentally set off. I like the fact that I can use it when I'm gone because my husband uses it and I can keep track of how he's doing. What I don't like about it is I keep it keeps disconnecting it and I wish we were in an area where we can get a good WiFi signal so we couldn't get the upgraded one.

I like that they answer right away. I had incident where I couldn't get out of my chair and they sent someone right away. I really don't like the watch very much. It's uncomfortable around my wrist. I don't know what they could do about that, it's just uncomfortable. But I use it every day. I mean I get up with it and I feel safer having medical guardian, I know that its there to protect me. Love that the people are quick to respond to me. I’ve used it twice. One time I fell in my living room when I was trying to put my Christmas tree up. I lost my balance and I hit my head and on shoulders and my tailbone. I live alone so if it wasn’t for Medical Guardian I don’t think I would be here now. The people who took care of me are wonderful. They had the ambulance here in no time. My daughter arrived at the same time because they contacted her. I would tell anybody to get it. It is a real life saver around your neck when you are old and can’t help yourself.

I have arthritis. I tend to fall every once in a while. I am comfortable now because I know if I fall and have any kind of emergency, someone will get me some help immediately. When we received a call at 2am they handled the "accidental call" my Mom made very well! Because she had her sound off & couldn't hear them calling to check on her an ambulance was ordered. Thankfully when my call came in I was able to check on her & found she was fine and MG was able to call off the ambulance. We fixed the issues on our end & hope it doesn't happen again.

As soon as I press the button, I get offered any help I need. I feel safe. Sometimes it get accidentally turned and someone came on quickly. I had some trouble in the beginning disconnecting it from the lanyard. I called them , and a person told me to pull really hard and that didn't work so I called back and another person told me to twist it and it came right off.

Medical Guardian is a very convenient form of device. It provides assurance that I can get help. They replace the units without any problems. I dropped one and it took a couple of days for a new one to came but there were no questions. I had to send the old one back. It was a good experience. I like that it is all in one piece and base unit sound quality. I used it once and the paramedics came and took care of the problem.
