So far it's fine. I push the button and they keep calling until I answer and I tell them I am fine. They're very courteous and nice and told me if I need anything to call them back. I feel assured that somebody is right there to take care of me.
Works perfectly - I've used it on 4 occasions and all have been positive. I feel safe with it around my neck. The people are very keen, they do a fabulous job supporting you as you go through the process. They assure that everything is going to be fine.
Anytime I've called with a question, I've gotten an answer right away. It is easy to wear and I like that I can use it as a watch. I'm very happy with it and if I had to make the choice again I would pick medical guardian again.

I feel more secure and that's what's really important and why I bought it. I think the price is reasonable. I happy very happy with it. I wear it all the time at home.
Medical Guardian is doing great with explaining things to me, things like that. I'm just very happy with it. When I tested it, it worked just fine. They have taken the time to explain things to me or if I have any questions, they're always there to answer them. They have been great with everything.
It takes seven days before you need to recharge it and I like that. It seems like an awfully nice system.
I don't like that sometimes I just lean over with this chain around my neck and it comes on, which is good because that means that Medical Guardian is alert and are paying attention to what's going on, but I feel bad when that happens and I have to both somebody. I've tested it just to make sure and it works fine.
I like that if it goes off at night, if we don't hear it, it wakes us up, like it screeches at you. The customer service is excellent, very excellent. The gentleman that sold the system to us was very helpful and we keep falling back on him with questions and he always has the right answers.
It doesn't have to be charge every night, only every few days and we're good with that. We tested it and we were very happy with the way we were treated.
They answered on time when I tested it. Customer support is always available. The diagrams in the pictures on the device are large and clear and I can understand them.
I dislike that it is not clear enough when the batteries are running down. When I tested it, it was fine.
It's pretty convenient. I use it mostly when I go outside because that's what I really need so I'm very happy with it. They explained a lot of things to me that I wasn't aware of because I didn't do the research. I was very happy with the customer service. They were polite and efficient.
We tested it when we set it up, it worked perfectly. They are very responsive.
They have called to test it and I've had no complaints, everything was functional. They have contacted me if it needs to be charged and so forth so they are there at the other end listening and doing their job.
It's easy to wear. I've got one in the bathroom that you wear on your wrist. In the beginning they told me they were going to match the price of another one but they really didn't. They came close but didn't actually match the price.
The medallion will not stay on the necklace, so basically it's useless unless I have it in my pocket. They follow up with you every now and then.
In testing my device the one time, it took a little while to answer.
The fall sensors are so sensitive that if it just touches something, it goes off. I had a false alarm and everyone showed up but the place that they chose was forty minutes away from my house, so if it had been an actual problem, it would have been a much larger problem. They need to be able to build a support system or an EMA system closest to any location as opposed to just having it be dispatched from the local police office that's an hour away. The system does not get a very good signal. Everyone from the customer service answers on time. There was never any scuffle about anything.
One time they called me and had said that I had pushed the button and I said that I hadn't and I don't know how it had been pushed, but if I had pushed it, they were right there.
It's very convenient and very satisfactory to me. The two most important things being satisfactory and very convenient. When I did test it it was very sufficient, very loud you can hear it. There's no doubt about it. It's very convenient for me.
It's very non-invasive. I wear it on my wrist all the time so not a problem. I've gotten good service. I've called a couple of times and one time they called and said there was an alarm on my device but I couldn't find anything that was causing it so I'm not sure what it was.
It works well. I used it just a week and a half ago and I had an instant response and they got me help immediately. The response is very impressive. Other than bulkiness I'm very very pleased.
I wish there was a way to tie it up so it doesn't hang so low. The device is excellent.
Just in testing it, it seemed like it may work only thirteen hundred feet. It would suffice no doubt in the house, but out in the yard I'm just a little concerned. We called last week and tested it. It was probably mid morning when I talked to the lady but it seems like it tested fine. Everybody's been helpful and the response when I called has been very very quick.
The problem we have is that it doesn't work outside. It only works inside the home.
I like that there's a unit that can be carried so the device can be used in other places. He tested it and it worked.
I tested it and it helped right away. That was very good customer service. When I called to activate it, it took a couple of days to get help.
It didn't work as we hoped. We used it a couple of months ago and it did not work.

Everything seem to be working. I used it once to test it and after two rings, somebody picked up and want to know why you're calling. I didn't get the fall down feature because it is ten dollars a month and I think there might be a lot of false alarms so I skipped that feature.
I'm still learning about it. It takes time to get to an operator. They know their job. I haven't had an emergency but it is useful.
The device is so heavy to wear around the neck. I had no problem with getting somebody to answer me but I dislike how heavy it is.
The only thing we don't like it the fact that the charger device gets slightly moved and then it is not charging. We have to keep an eye on it. Everything works just fine.
It works, it's been very responsive, I have no complaints.
I feel safe. It's easy to use. They answer right away and verify my identity and location. They're friendly and informative without being pushy.
The good news is that I forget about it and I don't notice it hanging around my neck.

I like the security. They're doing everything they said they would do. They're understanding when I have a false alarm and they're always courteous.
I don't dislike anything except it is heavy around my neck. It seems to function properly, though I don't know about distances.
I wish it was a little smaller. Other than that, it is fine. It works fine. They seem nice. I feel a lot safer now. I'm very pleased.
My dad needs it. It comes in handy. Thirty seconds and they are there. Everything went exactly like they told us it would.

Wearing it around my neck, especially in the heat, is something I don't like. I called to see if they had a wrist carrying device and they said no. When I chare it, it flashed all the time, sometimes blue and sometimes red, and I don't know what it is doing. I just know I am unhappy with it.
