I like Spectrum because they have good deals, they're affordable, and NO contract. The only thing I don't like about Spectrum is they don't have deals for their existing customers. They come up with all kinds of deals to attract new customers but they don't have deals to keep their existing and loyal customers.

Installation day arrived and their window of arrival came and went without a phone call. When I contacted them they told me they were still 3-4 hours out. I missed a whole day's work because of it. When I told them just to cancel it they weren't happy, but did as asked. Approximately a month later I received a bill for my first months service! We had also opted to go with their mobile service as well which I cancelled the same day. I spent the next 6 months fighting with them, sending said cell phones back and forth with them continuously trying to bill me for a service I didn't have and the new phones I kept trying to send back. Customer service was a joke. The so called managers couldn't/wouldn't help anymore than the regular phone reps. I will NEVER recommend this company.

Spectrum is getting better, but I still refuse to give them 5 stars. I still have occasional buffering, hidden fees, and sudden price jumps when I receive my bill. They tried to charge me for services I did not have during Hurricane Ida. It took two billing cycles for them to finally comprehend the widespread devastation we experienced.

Not good. Extremely bad customer service. Had got approved for the Covid broadband discount for 6 months prior to then accusing applying it to my bill. I called once a month and they kept telling me, it's been approved and will show up on my next bill, it never did. 7 months later the 50.00 discount showed up. I switched to tmobile the next month for better service at a 50.00 monthly flat rate. I turned spectrum off at my business and switched our cell phones as well, saving a ton of money by doing so.

Spectrum needs to do a lot of work to get a better rating. They do not provide reliable service, far too many outages, and speeds are never what are advertised, and seldom even remotely close to what you are paying for. Example, if you pay for Spectrum Gig Speed Internet you are lucking to get 600 Mbps

I pay $79.99 for internet. It's a little pricey for mediocre speed internet. The wireless router is pretty lousy, does not transmit far. I do not get many outages though and customer service is pretty decent. Middle of the road company. I would leave for another company if there was another choice.

I had Spectrum internet and cable for 2 years I had qualified for a reduced rate Gov. Program in Sept and never saw the reduction on my bill in fact it kept going up each month, contact customer service several times and was told that it took a billing cycle for it to show up, still had not seen it when I canceled my internet and the only reason I didn't cancel the cable was the company I switched to does not offer TV service.

Many times the internet service does not live up to what is advertised. The speed does not correspond to what is stated in the contract. In the shop, even with an appointment, you are often forced to wait quite long. The assistance service is very kind and tries to solve your problems as best they can.

Spectrum continues to be limited in areas that, in these times internet is a must. They do have an always up choice on internet that has proved many times to be flawed. The 3 star rating is for the speed at the price for the 1st year. After that year is up however, get ready to have to price JUMP!

We have been having issues with our internet for over one year now and because we pay our bill through the HOA, Spectrum will not give us a credit. The only bill we receive from them is for 20.00 a month for an extra DVR box. Regardless weather its through my HOA or not Spectrum needs to make sure that the internet is working correctly regardless. My HOA is not the ones to come out and fix the main line. This is something that should have been done correct when the neighborhood was built.

Currently have Internet service through spectrum. For the most part it is steady, some days it hangs when you need it most. For the initial price of 45 its perfect, but at $70 a month I will be looking into something else more affordable and reliable.

Restocking fee fraud. Sold me a phone over phone call as part of internet bundle. The cost, service and phone was not as advertised. Upon return charged a restocking fee which was not informed at time of purchase. Promised to waive the fee but didn't honor the promise. Abusive, unethical and worst customer service

After an hour in a chat session with 2 people, they gave me a minimal reduction on bill for month and would not provide me an email address where I could file a formal complaint. Very dissatisfied!

We have so many problems with our internet cutting in and out frequently. Sometimes it's out for hours or all night. I also had to replace my router because out just stopped working one day. The signal is week and intermitent. I had to get an extender. Customer service is not too great either...
