Bought a house and Spectrum was the only provider in the area. Due to experiences with Comcast and Verizon I was not enthusiastic, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I have a great internet connection for a relatively low price. Initially I was besieged with marketing for additional services, but that was easy to remedy.

I have used Spectrum formerly Time Warner Cable for years in the States of New York and Pennsylvania. Their package deals, vacation plans and other services are very suitable for the working poor. Sometimes there have snafus and under trained reps, but all and all the service is good.

Not very good at all, sure they will make sure to get ahold of you within 24 hours, but it's not easy to get them to send a technician out, first they will tryout troubleshooting with u on the phone. Its a big deal to get a timely response out of them they are very busy so they say

We were a customer with Spectrum (Time Warner) for nearly 10 years. I cannot recommend. The last 3 years have been ok, we had the ultimate package for about $140 per month, with only one or two outaged, but the previous 7 years were a nightmare. If you can get Google Fiber, choose that. But if yor choice is between AT& T and Spectrum, spectrum is better in everyway

Been with Spectrum for over 4 years now. Speed of internet is fair although can be a bit laggy if the kids are playing online which is a big complaint for them and a reason we may look elsewhere. For working from home on a direct connection it gets the job done. Pricing could be better but I don't feel it is overly expensive for the product deliveres.

The service provided for internet is superior compared to other options in the area, but the customer service is lacking. They keep raising rates, even though you see promotions available online. As a customer you have to leave before they will give you the new rate. Stop playing games, just give your loyal customers that same rate as you are offerring for new customers and quit wasting time and money. I recently tried to switch to their mobile, it has been a disaster. Their customer service has not been great during this whole experience.

Reliable Cable and Internet Service Provider. Friendly staff, technicians are knowledgeable. I forgot to return my equipment when I moved away from the area and my account was turned over to collections agency. I had no past due bill (paid on time or early). Spectrum could have provided support for returning the equipment or offered to include in payment package from the beginning of service. I was a customer for 10 years. Surely they were never going to reuse that old tech. But I guess collections is a stream of income for them.

Not worth the money. If you can get approved for t-mobile internet, do it! So much easier. No installation! I purchased internet from them in Idaho falls, and it cost me almost 100 a month for a certain amount of capped gigabits. I went over a couple times on data and it was pricey to pay for more. I will say the staff were very nice and they always fixed my issues quickly while troubleshooting.

They handle the internet pretty well. Our service rarely goes down but their email system on the web is horrible. Its hard to find old emails. Its slow to load and is about 10 years out of date. They have spent no money on their internet email system at all. It needs to be totally rewritten and rebuilt by someone who knows how a web site should actually run and look.

I like the quick request for service response time. I can actually get a technician within one day of my request and they do immediate technical support issues over the phone. They give me details while on the phone on what issues may need further inspections by a home visit from their technicians.

Overall good experience with Spectrum. It was very easy to set up, customer service has rarely been needed but always helpful when they are. My only complaint woukd be that the WiFi connection lags a bit on occasion, but usually it's during peak periods when lots of devices are connected.

I love my internet and home phone service that I have through Spectrum. Like that I was eleigible for a discount. The internet works great. Fast speed. Once in a whuile I have to reboot the modem because the internet was running slow. Other than that it works great. I no longer have cable because I chose to remove it due to my income.

Spectrum has been a good service but I feel that their prices are too high. I also don't like the fact that I have to have a cable box when I get the service through Roku. They stated that the plan I have requires me to have a least one box.so I have to pay $10.00 a month for a box that is sitting in a closet because I don't need it.

Rare to have service interruptions. Very friendly customer service from service staff and phone representatives. Expensive cable TV. Don’t be late with a payment they are quick to add late fee even when slow mail caused the payment to be late. Internet speed is awesome.

Compared to past providers I've used service is a plus, but recently, I have to say, service has been not only disappointing but aggravating as well. Issues like constant interruption of service due to the same technical issue , every so often increase in cost ,just Wi-Fi is $80 month. On the upside response time for sending maintenance techs are fairly quick . As a long-term client I don't feel appreciated for my continued business.

Spectrum has been amazing for internet and streaming TV service. The cell service runs on Verizon so the overall service is great. It can be challenging to get straight answers from customer service though as sometimes their communication contradicts itself.

We had just recently purchased a home & was looking for a provider. We started off with ATT as ATT has been a staple in household & my family since the 80s. (I know Im old) lol! Anyhoo, when we lived in GA we were looking for internet speed of at least 1gb (Fiber) but the most ATT had in our new home area was 50mbs. So regretably we had to jump ship....So far no issues with the internet & tv itself but the agent who signed us up...lied tp us about the discounts we would receive & the monthly price...After numerous calls to customer service I finally got a few things taken care of but still a few things left unresolved...Not happy at all about that...Would could have been a 5star review is at 2 because I DONT LIKE TO BE LIED TOO!

I have had Spectrum for years. I don't have any problems with the service, and if there is an outage, the problem is fixed in a timely manner. We recently cut the cord, so we really depend on our internet service. My only complaint is I wish valued customers could cash in on some of the special rates.

I only had internet through them so they made the bill reasonably low and affordable at first, after the first year our bill began to rise more and more every couple of months and they assured us we were locked in at a certain price because we are low income and live on a fixed budget. We tried to get the internet that was under$20 a month that's offered to fixed income low budget customers. We met the criteria but they said it wasn't available In our particular area, the trick is, it's only available in certain zip codes, which probably isn't many at all. We now owe a Bill to this company for 2 months of service which comes to almost$300 when we started out paying $55 per month . They lied and mislead us on prices and fees so I do not recommend this company unless you have a comfortable income and can afford whatever fees etc. They throw at you and it won't affect paying for essential things you have to have.

As a long time customer that has ripped off many times over the years. They charge for services not provided and will not adjust the bill when the over charges are discovered. Escalation to executives doesn't help. They are not customer service orientated. They have to be sued to get adjustment. Search law suits. Best find order internet providers or be ready to be ripped off.

When I call them to downgrade my services I always get one excuse after another why I can't. Their service itself is good. I've only dealt with a few outages over the years. They make you think you’ll pay $49.99/mo for Internet but neglect to tell you that price is only valid for 12 months before you get a huge increase in your bill. They hide the bill on the website and then on 4 of a 6 page invoice (really, 6 pgs?) have in small writing indicating that it will end as a CYA. They know this is an issue, as the customer service representatives said they get this type of calls all the time. Internet is fine, but it has gone out on me quite a few times as a Spectrum issue.

I have been with Spectrum for at least 5 years. They have been raising the internet rates over the years. I paid for the internet service for the full month from Dec 22-Jan 21. I cancelled the service on Jan 9. Spectrum refused to refund the prorated premium, AND Spectrum cut off my service on Jan 9. They cannot have it both ways. This is unfair business. They should either refund the prorated premium OR allow the service to continue until the end of the billing cycle.

Internet is $75.00 a month. Only running special for new customers. Worker put the internet in my bedroom. Too much light in my room. Worker did not take the time check wiring on outside.
