Slow, extremely slow even though they claim we have the fast service. Too expensive and extremely unreliable. We have to turn off the unit several times a week because the Internet disappears. I wouldn't recommend Spectrum to my worst enemy.

Dishonest. They told me I was on a plan and my bill was fixed, then it was never done. You call and get India and they promise to resolve your issue within 72 hours, it never happens.

I wouldn't rate any that I have used higher. Most have to-do customer service, and Charter never stops trying to upsell. I grow tired of that very soon.

Extremely poor customer service. Poor training on customer service representatives. Had to state my problem 5+ times and be routed to many different staff member before a conclusion was made. No improvement after all.

We were told we will have 100MBps and are paying accordingly... after trying it for a while we called their support and realized,using speedtest.net that we are getting only 24 Mbps!!! Charter said that it can be 100MBps if we do not use a router.. How can that be?!? !!!

Internet connection are so lost in the Spectrum. Name fits the company right. During the pandemic when I called and was told what do you want me to do about it and my kids used to connect from my cell phone via Hotpost VERIZON had great connection even used to watch Netflix on my TV via connected from Cell Phone. Submit your address to Verizon FIOS online so they will see demand in your area and probably expand.

Service is reliable in Wadena Minnesota. After the first 12 months prices double for phone and internet. They offer Lifeline in other states, but not Minnesota.

I called to talk to them about the constant loss of my internet - their response “our systems check out good, must be your router”. I asked then why are all my neighbors having the same problem - they don’t use my router. They then asked if my Ethernet cable items kept a good signal. I told them I don’t use Ethernet cables - the purpose of WIFI is not have cables. Once again, I was told to check my router. Spectrum service is getting terrible.

Spectrum should have special pricing for seniors and disabled customers. My mom pays $175 a month for 15 channels and internet. Your ripping people off because your not regulated and own the territory so you can steal from customers. Have a set price for our seniors and disabled folks.

Have been a customer for over 14 years now only because there are no other providers in our town, and we have always had a problem with their service. But recently I upgraded to an Amazon router which works a lot better with their service. But in the end we get what we pay for with their service.

Spectrum acquired our account after taking over Time Warner. We had basic internet that was a good price,. Ever since Spectrum our bill has gone up every year to where it is almost triple the price. Our Internet drops out fairly frequently too which is frustrating.

Not a bad company but I believe that they should tell you that some phones have trouble with the SIM cards and they are aware of this problem and send you a new card right away 😊
