I like how after complaining for months on end the finally increased the service in my area. Internet speeds would drop at night, pretty much when classes were out.

Spectrum keeps raising prices , they start you at a price and continue to raise it to a extremely high price . I just recently called and they did offer me a lower deal but that's just temporary

The speed is about all I like about them. They know they are the only one around besides dish and DirecTV and they abuse it. The just increased our internet from 64.99 to 69.99. Going to be looking else soon

After continuous billing increases I finally canceled service. I had service and equipment for 1 day after the previous billing cycle. Spectrum would not pro-rate the billing fee down from a full month of service. Terrible customer service.

Very poor service. Even if payment has been paid in proper allowable time, they fail to recognize it and turns off service. After several phone calls and extensive delays on line and extensive runarounds they admit their mistake; but, take an extensive time to turn service back on.

Constantly having to call them to remove unapproved charges made by my guests without my approval at my vacation rental property. To my dismay they won't block the ability of my guests to order upgrades. This leads to me having to call wasting my time and theirs.

I just got my internet yesterday, and it's acting up with the router or modem. The internet starts working for a sec, or a few minutes, then the connection cuts out. When we restart the router and modem it does the same thing over and over again. Never had this problem with other services

Good internet until.............had phone and internet service with them and called last Monday to remove ONE phone line and everything went dead!!!!! ALL INTERNET AND PHONE SERVICE DOWN. Cannot get someone out to fix the problem until Feb 5! TERRIBLE! We got screwed! Looking at other options.

Slow, extremely slow even though they claim we have the fast service. Too expensive and extremely unreliable. We have to turn off the unit several times a week because the Internet disappears. I wouldn't recommend Spectrum to my worst enemy.

Dishonest. They told me I was on a plan and my bill was fixed, then it was never done. You call and get India and they promise to resolve your issue within 72 hours, it never happens.

Extremely poor customer service. Poor training on customer service representatives. Had to state my problem 5+ times and be routed to many different staff member before a conclusion was made. No improvement after all.

We were told we will have 100MBps and are paying accordingly... after trying it for a while we called their support and realized,using speedtest.net that we are getting only 24 Mbps!!! Charter said that it can be 100MBps if we do not use a router.. How can that be?!? !!!

Spectrum acquired our account after taking over Time Warner. We had basic internet that was a good price,. Ever since Spectrum our bill has gone up every year to where it is almost triple the price. Our Internet drops out fairly frequently too which is frustrating.
