I really like their customer service are or at least try to be as helpful as they can. The price for Spectrum is expensive it's ridiculous. For the longest time we couldn't use our DVR to record shows. Pause or fast forward would work either. They finally sent a worker to my house to try to fix the issue. It did for a few hours then right back to not working. I believe it's a problem at the pole and we have told them that, but they haven't fixed it yet. I get it's a digital service so there will be problems with some skipping and freezing but it's really bad where I live. The Internet often goes down once or twice a week . Overall it's ok.

I use Spectrum and so far do not have a problem with them. People are always complaining about the bills coming twice a month, but that is standard practice for all cable and internet companies. Just make sure you pay at least one of them every month. They do send notices if there is an outage and the speed of the internet is fairly fast. I don't really have any problems. I get notifications to let me know a payment is coming up.

I raised my children starting in 1997. I grew them up on spectrum cable, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and that’s what brought our family together was a high-quality many options to choose from movies music on top of that the Internet was fast. Customer service was excellent. I definitely give spectrum five stars and recommend it to everyone.

Well I like about this company is the reliability of service. What I dislike is the price which is $80 a month. I mean come on down in Massachusetts. I get the same product for a fraction of that. The only reason why it's like that up here cuz they like to take advantage of the people because there's no competition. So spectrum enjoy the time you have left because they're all on the way up. She better start treating you customers better now than later. If you want to retain your customers, there's once the competitors come in you're done

I definitely love this provider. I've never had a dropped call. I can always use my phone when I need to. The price will be reasonable after I pay my phone off. I traded my phone in & instead of taking the big chunk off my bill they chose to take 11.00 off each month so it seems like forever. I think it's another year. Then the monthly rate will be reasonable. So if you bring your own phone or buy your phone out right then yes you will have a reasonable rate.

I have had Spectrum internet for more than 15 years. The service is excellent. A couple of times I had to contact the company to troubleshoot the system. The response time is very quick and the customer service was great. Any issues I had were resolved. I highly recommend Spectrum's internet to others.

I've been with Spectrum over 7 years now. My monthly bill has stayed the same, down the the penny. They have one of the best customer service team I have dealt with. The whole spectrum team in only 5 mins or less solves your issue. To sum up in a few words would be Fast, friendly, affordable. I recommend spectrum to everyone. Thank you spectrum.

I've used Spectrum a lot through the years in various cities: New York, Los Angeles, and San Antonio TX. They've always provided a fairly reliable high-speed connection to the internet. I would rate them between B and A+. Sometimes my connection will go dead for a minute or two, but it's not that big a deal. Billing has always been smooth. I have never used them for cable TV or phone, so my review it limited to just their Internet offering. Overall I recommend them.

Service is farily reliable and stable and speeds are good. Prices aren't too bad. Getting business customer service is not easy and most service help revolves around trying to get you to spend time to scour the website and FAQs instead of just getting you to a business service rep to solve your problem immediately. Phone numbers and getting to the right department to help are hard to find.

When I moved last year spectrum offered me the greatest deal I thought it was a scam but it wasn't I got internet, home phone, second tier cable and a cell phone unlimited plan for $65 a month! In the last year I think I've lost service for the cable maybe once the internet maybe once a month it will drop off but it usually fixes itself cell phone coverage has been great I got no complaints this is a great company I would definitely recommend them.

Fairly reliable internet service is a plus. My speeds barely 1/3 of the advertised speed for my tier of services. Outages could be communicated more effectively, though this is improving. New customer offers are irritating, I feel that customer loyalty should be rewarded, not penalized by consistently having to pay 30% more each year for the same service than new customes.

Spectrum offer a wide range of services that my family and I use daily. Anytime we had an issue in the past, they walk us through how to resolve the problem over the phone with patience. Sometimes, fixing the issue is as simple as taking an old piece of equipment to the store and swapping it out with a new piece.

Wut I like about Spectrum is the variety they have available, where it can be live or not, & the one thing I like a lot is where everyone in the home for say has a profile and they can put their own choices into their profile info & it doesn't interfere with others choices. The one thing I can say that has been irritating is that sometimes the channels will be playing and then it will stop and u usually have to restart it, & it happens more then once, but other then overall its all pretty good & the pricing isn't to bad.

I switch to spectrum from att what a night and day difference. I live in a rural area before with att I was getting less than 8 megabytes/sec with spectrum I am getting 900 megabytes/sec not to mention I was able to also get 2 mobile phones all at a less price than just the internet with att. Spectrum is highly recommended!

Spectrum is a great company and provides several options. I have both High Speed Internet and TV. My speeds are the best ever and I can stream to all my devices with ease. I can also watch TV in any location around the country when I travel. If you want to insure you can use all your devices and have 99.9 up time go with Spectrum.

Had Spectrum at home for a few years in North Carolina, because it was included on my rent along with its cable service. Never had an issue, connectivity was always good even though I've met other customets who weren't happy with their service. I would defintely recommend Spectrum and their products.

My boyfriend had a bad experience. The customer service woman was rude to him and then he over paid by $80. She told him an amount and conformation number, the bank had a different amount deducted. He was late on another bill because of it and accumulated late fees. He canceled it. So I called and got the wifi. My experience was the exact opposite. I had the nicest most helpful customer service woman. I remember her name was kay. She helped me and went above and beyond any other 1 I ever had. It was very refreshing to actually have a person who was good at their job.

Spectrum is good to use for internet services. However, they need to credit their customers when they have outages. Definitely like the fact of using the service on the go. Would not recommend them for any other services as prices are to high and not worth it. They do have other companies beat when it comes to internet services and the pricing on that.

Unfortunately the area that I live in has very limited selection for internet and phone providers. Although I currently enjoy being able to receive discounted internet service from Spectrum, I haven’t always been happy with their customer service. I also think that they should allow people to make payment arrangements when or if they have fallen behind on their bill, instead of just disconnecting the service. Although they do allow you to go a couple of months behind before disconnecting your service, I believe that this should be an option. Many other utility providers allow arrangements for payment to be made, so why don’t they? On top of that, I have also paid for the highest wifi data connection that they offer, when I test the speed of my internet, it is NEVER what I am supposed to be receiving for what I pay for. I believe that if I pay the extra for the best connection possible, which isn’t cheap, I should be able to get what I pay for. But unfortunately this is basically the only wifi and high speed provider in my area.

For the number of times I've called, it's a very very small amount that anyone has been not helpful or dismissive. In summary, I think they are about as perfect as you're going to find these days.

We've used Spectrum for years and years and are less enthused each passing year. It seems they offer less, but continue to charge more. Seriously, cell service? No thanks Spectrum. Always going to their "new" channel first? No thanks on that too. For real, the same cables that are in the ground now, and have been there for decades, why do the fees go up and up and up? Supposedly faster service? No, I don't think so. But, once in a while you encounter a fabulous customer service person who actually finds savings for a year or two. Oh, and they're the only internet provider in our area. So yeah, captive audience unfortunately.

Spectrum offers many different packages for customers to choose from. It seems they give the cheaper rates to new customers. I think customers with 5, 10, 15 year accounts show be offered cheaper accounts as an incentive for being loyal. Great selection of movie channels, sports and News channels.

I got a totally love spectrum. They offered help during covid 19 federally funded I was able to get unlimited internet service for $4.49 per month it was best gift during hard times especially with those with children. Excellent internet service can definitely count on spectrum.

For the most part, I am happy with Spectrum; however, in December my Roku devices wouldn’t work and I restarted several times, etc. The issue was due to interruptions with Spectrum in my area but I did not know any of this until I called my son-in-law who lives out of the area. He looked it up online. There was a service interruption and I would have at least appreciated Spectrum leaving an automated message or something on my phone to reduce my frustration.

It's cheap haven't really had any issue with them....expect they need to let people know late at night they going to do work where you won't have internet. This has happened several times. Also, people need to learn how to answer phone there not be so rude when you ask so many questions I know you want us off the phone but we are paying you to do your job. Great company to use.

Somewhere between 3-4 stars. Had someone come out to fix my internet and they could not figure out the issue, which I get sometimes it is hard, but I kept suggesting an idea of what it could be. The man who came out kept telling me it was not what I was saying, and I just asked him to try, turned out I was correct. Most of the time they are very helpful and nice, but always late to help!

Internet connection are so lost in the Spectrum. Name fits the company right. During the pandemic when I called and was told what do you want me to do about it and my kids used to connect from my cell phone via Hotpost VERIZON had great connection even used to watch Netflix on my TV via connected from Cell Phone. Submit your address to Verizon FIOS online so they will see demand in your area and probably expand.

I called to talk to them about the constant loss of my internet - their response “our systems check out good, must be your router”. I asked then why are all my neighbors having the same problem - they don’t use my router. They then asked if my Ethernet cable items kept a good signal. I told them I don’t use Ethernet cables - the purpose of WIFI is not have cables. Once again, I was told to check my router. Spectrum service is getting terrible.

Spectrum should have special pricing for seniors and disabled customers. My mom pays $175 a month for 15 channels and internet. Your ripping people off because your not regulated and own the territory so you can steal from customers. Have a set price for our seniors and disabled folks.

Moving SCAM! watch out!! I had been a loyal customer of spectrum for years and then I had to move. I called spectrum and told them I moved November 2023, then I asked if there was anyway i could keep my account because I liked them so much, but I would not move to my new address until sometime the following year 2024 and I did not know when. The representative I spoke to said 'sure you can go on seasonal hold for 4 something a month'. I agreed to do it. she neglected to tell me that I would have to pay for the month of november - regular bill of over $70 - even though I was not and had not used the service before the seasonal hold kicked in. ok so thats not even the worse part. I got calls from spectrum about my bill and I was informed that my about the neglect and i paid willingly. I explained AGAIN that I had moved from the address and was on seasonal hold. They told me it was fine and I would only have to pay $4 something from then on. THEN January 2024 I start getting multiple calls from spectrum again. The representatives said I had to close my account because someone was moving into my old place. I said 'but I am paying seasonal hold, and I told spectrum I moved in November'. They said it did not matter and I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. THEN they told me in order to do so they would put me on hold to speak to multiple representatives on phone - billing, accounting etc - to close my account. But I said ' you called me. find a solution and then call me back. I cant be staying on the phone talking to multiple people for hours because a mistake spectrum did'. THEN THATS when the HARASSEMENT started. I got multiple calls a day for 3 days straight with different representatives telling to call spectrum to close my account. Finally I told one representative that spectrum needs to pay me back the months I had on hold first if they sold me on the idea i could keep my account when I specifically told them I moved and would not know when or where yet. Then not only were they all extremely rude and unsympathetic to my situation, even laughed at the fact I said I needed to write a review and warn people, but blamed the last representative for neglecting to telling me that seasonal hold is not for people who have moved out AND they have no record of me EVER saying I moved!!! What!?!?!? I thought this was recorded lines? so i ended up being on the phone January 13th for over an hour trying to close my account because no one would help. spoke to 5 representative and the last said YOU CANT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT because your on seasonal hold. what is going on?? Eventually someone was able to call their manager and tell them to close my account. nightmare over... or was it? YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT. I continued to get - THAT SAME DAY I was told my account was closed by a MANAGER - MULTIPLE to calls from spectrum representatives saying to close my account. For the record thats today. Literally just got another call while writing this. Now i dont know what to do. I just keep getting harassed by spectrum representatives and probably will continue getting charged by them. what a scam!! and what a nightmare!! beware
