They also work directly with orthodontists to make sure you’re on track at every stage of treatment. Melanie at the DC location helped me out and gave the BEST service. Candid is second to none! My appointment at the Pasadena studio was seamless, professional, and very compliant with PPE and COVID-19 protocols. My care specialist, Analisa, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I understood everything, and was more than happy to start treatment then and there and save money! Already approved treatment that came a week later, can’t wait to see the final results.

There are few companies any where in life that can meet the triad of excellence from a company and product perspective. The triad being, price, convenience, and quality. Usually you are sacrificing on at least on of those. Not here! I saved a tonnn as opposed to going with my doctors recommendation of Invisalign (or worse braces). Knowing that there was oversight from and ACTUAL orthodontist gave me a ton of peace of mind. I know none of these other companies like Byte or SDC do that. And all I had to do was go in for one visit. Then I was doneee. I am currently on step 19 of 20 and honestly, I could stop here. I am soo happy with my results. You guys are the best. Seriously, thank you Candid!

I have not had any issues so far! I feel that maybe a weekly scan might be more efficient at speeding up the process but they are the experts so I just follow what they say. Only on step three so I cant say anything about the final result but they did say they could do it when the other company I tired first said that my teeth were too drastic for them to do anything. I do not want to name this other company but the told me when I got a scan that I would have a smile directly from home... that was a lie. Candid said they could do it and I am on track for a new smile!!
