The Good

  • Referral Program
  • 30-Second Smile Assessment
  • Inexpensive Treatment
  • Quick Treatment

Referral Program

EasySmile customers can receive a $180 discount per referral on treatment plans. This can significantly decrease the overall price of the entire treatment.

30-Second Smile Assessment

EasySmile has prospective customers take a quick smile assessment in order to determine whether the customer will benefit from EasySmile’s invisible aligners.

This assessment asks questions on the following topics:

  • Past braces or aligners
  • Teeth crowding
  • Teeth spacing
  • Country of residence
  • Who referred you
  • Your email (for test results)

Inexpensive Treatment

EasySmile charges a total of $1,880 for one-time payments and around $180 per month for 12 months for those who’d like to make monthly payments.

Quick Treatment

EasySmile advertises that its average treatment time is around five months, which is quicker than the industry average. Most companies will promise to be able to straighten teeth in six to ten months.

The Bad

  • Impression Kit Cost
  • Retainer Cost

Impression Kit Cost

EasySmile charges customers $110 for the impression kit, an item that some companies provide for free. Other companies charge around $80 or $90 for the impression kit, but will also include teeth whitening and retainers for free or simply package them in as a part of the overall price.

Unfortunately, EasySmile’s impression kits cost more than average.

Retainer Cost

The company also charges customers $110 for each set of retainers. Generally, customers are encouraged to buy a new set of retainers every six months, so a $110 price for retainers is steep, especially if you plan to buy them every six months.

Some companies in the invisible aligners industry actually provide free retainers after the treatment is finished.

The Bottom Line

EasySmile provides quality in-home aligners and treatment at an affordable price of $1,880. Unfortunately, customers must also pay $110 for their impression kit and an additional $110 for each set of retainers after treatment is finished.

While customers can take advantage of the referral bonus of $180 off the treatment price per referral, it would be nice if the impression kit and the retainers were included for free. We recommend customers compare EasySmile’s price and services to the other top invisible aligners brands in the industry.

I have been absolutely impressed with my EasySmile aligners. My top row of teeth didn't line up quite as evenly as I'd like with my lower row (they slightly bent inward in the back of my mouth). The aligners did the trick and my bite is so much better!
