This company should be avoided - as they don't care about their Customers. The vendors they use are not experienced in their work. They send HVAC / Heating and Cooling company to fix my dishwasher - so the job does not get done right- and I have to pay $75 plus the hefty premium. STAY AWAY FROM them.

Automatically renewed my policy without my consent, Charged mt credit card that is not on file ( fraud ) now I got to go thru the gauntlet to get my money back and cancel contract

Having a problem getting my A/C unit fixed its been down for 2 days and i have called multiple time and i get the same answer. There are no contractor in your area and when i signed up for the warranty plan they told me they several contractors in my area. What is the next step for me now fix it myself and cancel the warranty plan?

I used to have this. I cancelled it because I had a leak under my sink and they never sent anyone. Then they charged me some fees for canceling. They didn't even care that my kitchen floor was ruined. This is a scam. They just want your money. You are better off having a savings account just for home repairs.

I put in a request for my air conditioning to be repaired. It is 100 degrees today and they are telling me I can get it repaired until tomorrow. They are terrible. I will call a service tec and cancel my service. Their option is to give me 150.00 towards a 500.00 portable air conditioner. Who can wait 48 hours in 100 degree weather.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Best they could offer when air-con went out for over a week in the AZ Summer was $50 for a fan. The company are aware of heart issues that the tenant has but refused to budge on their fan offer. When asked for a cheap hotel they flatly refused. Don’t do it, this company is a rip-off.

Then they split hairs when it comes to what they cover they have a word in there contract that says " all other" another words if we dont want to cover it we dont have to unless its cheap for them

Been dealing with the same issue for almost a year with no resolution. Multiple opinions. I would recommend finding a different home warranty company to work with. Apparently they just try break you down so bad that you just give in and have to walk away from what is right. So sad.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. We have a contract with this company. Our water heater went out. The contractor said it needs to be replaced. A technician was finally dispatched 5 days later. Now their saying we need to pay $800 out of pocket to bring it up to code. What a joke. This company belongs on American Greed.

First claim...denied. My garage door belt broke and they sent a technician out. The tech confirmed the break and found a broken hinge and a few cracked hinges and stated that the hinges could have contributed to the belt break. Claim denied 100% stating I should have done proper maintenance. Wont even pay for the belt!

Bad poor service they don’t comply with contract, not enough explanations in coverage and on top of that you still have to pay their service fee for nothing, I needed to replace a part of water heater where contract says that all Parts are covered and at the end they said is not covered.

Could not send a plumber who could fix a toilet. All calls appear to be outsourced and communication is very difficult. Getting someone to resolve a problem is impossible as in my case. I had to use my own plumber and still have not been reimbursed as we agreed. I advise to stay away from this company.

I was actually told not all employee know the correct information when they tell me what is covered. I would never use them again.

I received this home warranty when we purchased our home. Had to pay a service fee for them to confirm the same thing a separate contractor stated when our heat exchange cracked. First they denied it, and then offered to replace it with a lesser model. Would not recommend this company. We switched to another provider that allows us to use any company we choose to complete the work or diagnose the issue.
