One Guard offers online scheduling. When my air conditioner went out on Sunday, I just went on the website and submitted a service request. I received a return call Monday morning at 7:00 and my technician was scheduled immediately. Great service!!! I would highly recommend One Guard.

I personally loved their customer service. We got OneGuard Home Warranties as it was a part of the condition that our realtor had set up. We have them for two years now. Recently my hot water heater went out, and then we called OneGuard and asked if it was covered. They have helped us very happily in very less time.

Generally quite happy with my experiences. When it comes to heated pools, don't waste your money, as they always seem to find a way out of covering certain pool equipment. When my heater went, the company they sent out said it was chemical damage. Duh, it was a salt water pool and you have chemicals in it to maintain cleanliness!

i am very disappointed how OneGuard has handled two major expenses for items covered in my policy within the last year. the first event for my home water heater i was too specific on what was wrong and the company sent to my home did not do a thorough complete job to assess the problem and i had to pay. yet the company sent out to investigate my pool equipment leaking caused $1,800 of damage by not doing a complete job and in this case i was unaware what the problem was and i got an incompetent pool company who busted up my Backwash Valve and Primary Filter without taking any responsibility. i am going to send OneGuard my $1,800 bill because the two pool company's they sent out to my home misdiagnosed the initial problem and then misdiagnosed the damage caused.

Recently, for a work order a technician misdiagnosed the issue which ended up in denial of coverage. We went ahead to fixing the problem out of pocket expense. It took over a week for the parts to arrive and few days to schedule the tech to be back. After they fixed the issue, the problem still continued. OneGuard policy is to dispute the resolution within 24hrs. In this case, that timeline is an impossible expectation from us to dispute since we didn't have the replacement parts until several weeks later. OneGuard will do nothing about it when I called them back regarding this issue.

Called to have someone check and fix my masterBathroom fan for removing moisture and they came out and said the vent was plugged and he was a electrican and that I would need a ac guys look at it because it involvesl duct work. I had told him that I thought the bearing was going bad in the fan and it had no suction but he said the vent was plugged and left. He was a nice guy but it still cost me $75.00 dollars and still not working. I blew air from the roof vent and a strong blasst came out. STILL NOT FIXED. SO NO IAM NOT HAPPY.

I did pay the fee because I can not trust the company and have a gas leak due to their mistake.

Having a comprehensive home warranty gives me so much peace of mind as a homeowner. When I made the decision to renew my warranty I was thoroughly impressed with Kristen M who helped me renew, she had emailed me to renew which I also appreciated. I could easily go back and reference her email when I had the time to chat. Kristen was so kind and answered all of my questions, it felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a Sales Rep. I did not feel pressured into anything and felt very taken care of. Kristen provided me with excellent customer service. While I had my doubts about renewing and whether home warranties are worth it, I am satisfied knowing I was able to renew at a reasonable price and Kristen's service superseded any service from prior experiences. I hope to continue to have such positive experiences with OneGuard, I would highly recommend Kristen directly and will definitely go directly back to her with my questions in the future.

I have had this Home Warranty on my last 2 homes and now on my current one. It was time to renew. Received several options in the mail and I called all of them. This one is not only the best price for the money but an honest company. I have had to request service calls. They had someone over right away. Got the situation assessed and then resolved very quickly. Christopher S is super knowledgeable and he goes through your policy with a fine tooth comb to get you the best pricing. This is company that you depend on. I always see if the service companies provide the same kind of service during the plentiful times as they do in times when they are trying to get your business. This is one of those companies.

OneGuard knows what great customer service is. I called OneGuard today and spoke with customer service rep Cynthia F to get clarification on several service options listed on my policy renewal. Cynthia thoroughly explained each option, its coverage with clear examples. She also offered monthly, quarterly and of course annual payment options. On the service side of OneGuard, you can call or email in your request and a service provider is quickly contacted by OneGuard and wheels set in motion for the requested repair. I've been very happy with the response times and with the level of professional service providers. My home is eleven years old and contains a number of upgraded appliances, pool, 4 AC units and more. I wouldn't think of not having a OneGuard home warranty.
