I have been a loyal customer with One Guard and Service One before, The contractors you hire have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Except for one time during a very hot summer when the A/C went out and parts took several days, we have always been satisfied. Your wait time on hold is occasionally lengthy, but the music is nice.
Ms. F was very helpful in describing various additional coverages and I have added one. She knows the program well and answered all my questions.

My 22 year old HVAC was not cooling our house. Guard was out to diagose the problem and was willing to fix the problem. . We were not sure fixing was the right course of action, given the age of the unit high cost of the old refigerant. Matthew B called and explained our options. Ultimate, we accepted a cash payment toward a new HVAC. Matthew kept us informed of the the progress for the through the whole process.

One of my HVAC units stopped working. I called OneGuard told them my issue and was transferred to the proper person. He took my information, then gave me the name and phone number of the contractor that would call to set up an appointment.
They called shortly after my call to OneGuard . We set up a time. They came within the time window and fixed the problem. I could not have had a better experience.

We could not be happier with OneGuard service and choice of repair company, Third Generation in Las Vegas. When our large LG refrigerator quit OneGuard quickly assigned an LG specialist company to make the repair. Third Generation arrived within hours and worked late into the evening to assess and arrange for parts and repair, they even provided a “loaner” refrigerator for 3 days until ours was back up and running! OneGuard handled our claim quickly and without hesitation. Thank you!

I have had a good experience with OneGuard. The customer service is excellent and they follow through as well as send emails with the information you need to you by email which is great! They are honest and send pretty good vendors to service the appliance. You also have the chance to review them. They have denied a claim for me, but it was not included in the home warranty and it was clear in the contract so I had no problem with it. I would recommend them as a home warranty service!

If OneGuard has staff members like Alicia P, it will continue to be the best home warranty company in USA, Hands on…. Alicia called me 10 times to check on the schedule of the plumbing company, negotiate with the company and made the entire process seamless. It helps to have somebody like that to help you with your home fixes especially in this busy world. For the amount of fees this company charges, it’s pennies to the dollars to save. And hey…. It’s not just the monetary savings, it’s the peace of mind.

We chose OneGuard when we purchased our home a year ago and have been very satisfied. During the year we had problems with the dish washer and with the refrigerator - OneGuard responded quickly with a local vendor contact and both problems were fixed well and quickly for the fixed call-out fee. I felt the urge to write this review after speaking with Anthony S of OneGuard regarding the help I need with my appliances repairs and follow up on the unfinished work by the subcontractor who was responsible for breaking a PVC condensate line which caused lots of liquid buildup and ceiling failure/damage. the process was rather simple. The best part of the process was getting help Alicia P. in authorizations. She was extremely helpful where others that I had spoken with was unsure of the process. Alicia was able to answer all my questions and made the process much smoother. I highly recommend promoting Alicia to a position in management with more responsibility.

The technician sent to make repairs at my investment property have mostly been effective and efficient. In the 9 years of affiliation, I have only asked that the Vendor sent be replaced twice. Once I reached someone in customer service, Paul, everything was very good from start to finish. But, as I explained to Paul, I called last night, and was transferred to 2 or 3 departments, where I was told that they were taking calls in order of how they came in. I was on the wait list for over 2 hours. I finally called again on our home phone, and talked to another person about the wait. He was very nice, as he had to explain the the department I was waiting for had gone home over an hour ago. I'm sorry I had to sent my frustration to him, but as I said, he was nice. I called again this morning, and basically went through the same thing, only this time I only waited an hour, before I hung up. So I called again and Paul answered within a few minutes. I think the most frustration part of this was that you have a whole bunch of numbers to get you to what you are trying to do, but not a single one that tells you what number to press if you are trying to get your service transferred. I think that would help a lot of people. Anyway, other than that frustration, I still believe that OneGuard is a very good company to do business with, and once you get to where you are going, the customer service folks are very nice and get done as quickly as possible to help you with your call.

We were always wondering if there was a time we needed to use the warranty, would it really work?
Well, we did and it does! We needed the ac system repaired and it was amazingly simple,
they referred us to blue sky heating and ac and not only were they quick to respond over the Memorial Day weekend but the ac is back up and running and things are working just great!
Thanks to one guard and blue sky heating and ac we are happy to know that the home warranty really does work, just like it is all supposed to!

OneGuard is fantastic. I’ve had home warranties with other companies over the years and have always had problems and had to fight for coverage. Not OneGuard. I renewed (early) my contract for another year today. One Guard has been a wonderful company. They provide me with great peace of mind for if (When) a home repair need arises. Thank hey are prompt and send professional experts to make the repairs as needed. I renewed with Alexander J. today. He was patient and let me call him back. When I was ready to renew he completed the entire process in under three minutes. This is the type of service I have come to expect from One Guard and they have not failed to provide a great experience.

I've been with this company since buying my condo 5 years ago. In that time, I have had many needs for service calls with them. They have replaced my hot water heater and garbage disposal, and a seal on my refrigerator, they have serviced my washer, dryer, dishwasher and HVAC. They have always responded quickly and I have always been happy with the customer service and the various servicemen they have sent out, and companies they have contracted with. Amazing! I couldn't remember my renewal code for a discount off the annual rate when I called in for my renewal. Alexander was very helpful and was able to meet me half way with a slight discount. They are easy to work with, honor appointments and choose service technicians and repair contractors who know what they are doing. I use them to find "good help" in our new hometown where I don't have existing connections. I don't just use them for "repairs"-- I used them for window washing, annual HVAC inspections, etc They even do carpet cleaning.
