A positive is that the contractors that OneGuard works with have generally been responsive and able to successfully resolve the issue. Some of the contractors have been pleasant to deal with.
An area that could use reconsideration is coverage that would include repairing an item, such as a leak/corrosion where the garbage disposal connects to the main line, before a massive water leak occurs. It seems like it would make more sense to fix a known problem that is developing, before it becomes an even greater/more expensive problem to fix.

We have used One guard for over two years. Our overall experience w/customer service was tremendous! Today Samone S helped us finish our contract w/a positive for us! Thanks Samone! The only negative would be w/the department that oversees replacement! It took two years & two compressors, two fans & a new ice making unit to get our refrigerator
replaced!! That could use some fine tuning! Overall great experience!

It was a grueling experience until I remembered my son and I decided to keep our OneGuard Warranty for the sixteenth year.
