Paul C., was very helpful when I talked to One Guard, he was very knowledgeable And assisted me with all the things that I needed to get online with a new Mobile app. He also took care of deleting some outdated credit cards that were on the file room cleaned out my desktop! OneGuard has always been responsive to my emergent needs with A/C and appliance repair. Dallas C., who sold me the plan, looked out for my needs with personal attention. And Fred, who renewed my plan, made sure that I received the best possible renewal rate. From sales to service, OneGuard has exceeded my expectations. Slightly less expensive options exist, but I am a service quality over "cheap" customer. You do get what you pay for. But, in the case of OneGuard, you get more than you pay for. I am a satisfied customer.

Fred F. was was very helpful and professional in answering all questions I had regarding the renewal of my Home Warranty Service Contract.
Whenever I have contacted One Guard to set up service, everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. All service requested was done within 2-3 days of calling. When my water heater went out on a Friday, their Service Provider replaced
it the same day I called. All service repair providers were polite and respectful.
I recommend One Guard Home Warranty, as I have not had any problems.

My husband and I have had a Home Warranty policy with OneGuard for quite a few years. We have found the company to be straightforward, honest and reliable. Today I renewed my contract with One Guard for another year for the two homes I own. Again I dealt with Fred F, who is a joy to work with. Fred is knowledgeable, professional and returns phone calls immediately. But he is also working for a Five Star company. I have had two problems at one of our homes in the last year, and the company and people they sent out were prompt, solved the problems and I couldn't have chosen anyone on my own that would have been better. I give them all five stars.

Ana M. is the greatest service provider I have ever talked with! I have used them for about 20 years. At one point I had 3 houses under contract with them. I have never had any problems with them performing or just doing what they said they would do.
They even replace a 5 ton gas pack/AC unit for the normal service charge. And had it done in 3 days during the heat of the summer.

I have 5 properties, four of which needed to be renewed. Fred F. was amazing. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend him for helping anyone with issues relating to home warranties. The entire renewal process took less than 15 minutes for all the properties and I received emails containing invoices and contracts while on the phone with him. I am very pleased!

I don’t normally take the time to write complementary notes about service but today I had exceptional service that exceeded all expectations. My phone call was answered on the first ring and picked up by Alexander J, who answered all of my questions, renewed my agreement with One Guard and, to add frosting to the cake, saved me $75 off my annual charges. Lastly, this was all done within three minutes. I’m ready to call the Guinness book of world records in London to report this interaction with Alexander. (And, no, Alexander did not pay me to write this review. I did it on my own.)

Fred was so helpful when I did early renewal and asked if there may be any discount. He checked into it since I have been with One Guard for over 15+ years. He even helped me with another property that was coming up for renewal in a couple of months. Once inquired into that one he realized the CC set up was no longer in service. So we reset that one up. He took extra care of my home warranty needs and was extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend to many. Fred told me of a referral bonus I could receive. Very nice to know.

Contacted OneGuard for a service request and to inquire about policy renewal. I did have to wait a few minutes to speak with a representative. Aside from that, the reps were great and got my service request processed. I was then transferred to the sales dept for policy questions. Alexander J's answered my questions entirely and processed my renewal in just a couple minutes. My experience today and over the past year with OneGuard has been great. Definitely recommend OneGuard.

Great experience. Bought the service and used them multiple times. Easy to get someone out and affordable. Moved out of our house and had to cancel and even that was an amazing experience they were so nice and helpful and set out to save me money! I love it! If I buy another home warranty it would be with one guard! I’ve already recommended them.

Every time I have had to call OneGuard, they answer the phone...a real person, like Fred F answer and addresses the issue. When I have been in need of a repair, OneGuard has responded quickly, connected me to the needed repairman and had someone to my house in a timely manner-within 1-2 days, sometimes the same day. I have had a really good experience with OneGuard aside from one issue, which is why I can't give them 5 stars.
The one issue I had was that they sent an A/C company to my house that I did not want to do business with. Their quote for out of pocket included items that I flat out didn't need (like a concrete pad for a condenser, when I have a 4x8 poured concrete slab that holds my two A/C units).
I called OneGuard and asked for a second opinion. They said they would not agree to that because the out of pocket costs where "within range". They didn't seem to care that the company was trying to charge me for something I didn't need.
OneGuard did offer to do a cash out payment in the amount of $600 (for a brand new condenser), so I was forced to use this shady company.
End result - shady company forced me to pay the entire out of pocket cost up front and then took 3 weeks to complete the work. Temps in Austin during that time were 90+ degrees.
This made me consider dropping OneGuard altogether (I have two properties), but this was the first hiccup in 4 years so I'll give them another shot

I received my updated policy and just wanted to verify some of the information. Fred F was great! He went out and verified I had received a discount last year but it was not the military discount. I've two neighbors using OneGuard as their home warranty company. They both highly recommend them. The one I have is becoming more difficult to work with, automated with no person to person communication; and it doesn't offer coverage for items I want covered like my yard watering system. Frank F was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions and my husband's too.

Today I had to pleasure of talking with Alexander J to purchase a new home warranty through OneGuard. Alexander was very professional, showed composure, knowledge and extreme professionalism which giving me all the information I needed and compared all warranties with me. Although I have yet to use any part of the warranty, I did sign up for a year and hopefully if I need service, they will be as diligent and professional as Alexander was with me!!!

I was referred to OneGuard when I purchased my home in Goodyear AZ last October 2019. In July 2020, I realized I did not have the pool equipment I thought I had and contacted OneGuard; they immediately refunded my premium overpayment. Based on their honesty and ease of working with them, I contacted Alexander Jacobs. He reviewed my policy and I renewed on the spot with him. This was a nightmare. Consumer reports does not favor this company. Wish I would have done better research. I did have a service request. No one ever came out as it was canceled. Still got charged $75 which I just reviewed on my cc statement.company refuses to reimburse me. So I am done. Looking for a honest company now. Good luck all!
