Other than being courteous and helpful, I really appreciated the feeling of a consultation vs. the feeling of a high-pressure sale. Very refreshing! Alexander was very professional, showed composure, knowledge and extreme professionalism which giving me all the information I needed and compared all warranties with me. Although I have yet to use any part of the warranty, I did sign up for a year and hopefully if I need service, they will be as diligent and professional as Alexander was with me!!!

As a valued customer of One Guard I can say only the best praise for this company. Many warranty companies cover basic repairs but One Guard is a rare company that offered us. HVAC tune up as well as garage door tune up which we desperately needed. It's not always that a warranty is needed when something breaks, but to have a company that can help prevent parts from breaking by up keeping is highly valuable. Another very useful feature is using their pest control. When we first moved into our house it came in handy to not have to search for pest control companies, but have it included into our One Guard warranty.

One guard has been fantastic - especially after the experience with other home warranty company. Have had some major claims - biggest issue with huge, built in refrigerator/ freezer. Was having issues with the first company they sent out, I complained and immediately they had another company out and finish the job right. We use them for our heating and AC tune ups seasonally - they have been awesome with those. The plumbers they have sent have been excellent. I have not been turned down for a claim yet and they follow up on the work that the contractor do. Plus - unlike other companies (like Old Republic) they don't deny renewal just because you've had a couple of claims.

Showed him the other problems he said they would call next week and send someone to fix the problems. It has been recalled to one guard and they have again not returned my call like he said.

I contacted 1 guard and received inaccurate non information from Elle. The call was 36 min and I never received a response to my questions about my toilet replacement. Elle was argumentative and spoke in a condescending manner. I simply wanted to know my options for replacing my toilet with an ADA certified height instead of the standard height. Elle placed me on hold to discuss the matter with the contractor rather than discussing the matter with me the customer. When she returned from talking with the contractor she proceeded to tell me what I wanted and that I was not able to get it

Had this warranty for over 10 yeas, haven't called for anything in the last 2 years but when my AC went out the beginning of May, it took almost 3 years to have it repaired and I had to purchase a window unit to keep my family cool.
