One Guard offers online scheduling. When my air conditioner went out on Sunday, I just went on the website and submitted a service request. I received a return call Monday morning at 7:00 and my technician was scheduled immediately. Great service!!! I would highly recommend One Guard.

OneGuard has been outstanding for us! We get personalized service and they've come through on every claim. They've fixed our A/C twice (the repair guy said OneGuard was the best home warranty to work for by far) and a problem with the hot water heater. The big one though was when our built in refrigerator had issues a year ago. Luckily, I managed to fix it but when we thought it was going to need to be replaced they offered to pay the full covered amount without hesitation.
My representative is Chris S and I've been working with him exclusively for the last 3 years. It is nice to know I can reach him directly when I renew or if I have a problem. I highly recommend asking for him by name. OneGuard has been a great.

I have been a customer for 5 1/2 yrs. I've always been treated well & have not had any large priced issues with my home...thank goodness. I recently had an issue with a plumbing tech giving wrong information about my home/plumbing/regulator/psi which took a lot of effort from me to convince customer service reps at OneGuard to hear my story & let me share with a supervisor that he made a mistake. I had photos & an invoice from a 2nd opinion. Be persistent & ask for a 2nd opinion. Leslie O called me back & was extremely professional, helpful, compassionate, friendly and patiently listened to my story. She apologized for the chain of events that accrued. Leslie ordered another opinion on the spot & had everything taken care of in minutes. My new water heater arrives Monday. Mistakes happen to all of us. I've told many people about OneGuard for many years and how well I've been treated and it's been a great experience for me. It takes a special person that cares for their company's clients and works to resolve the issue and retain the client. Leslie O is an excellent supervisor and OneGuard is lucky to have her!!

I have been a very happy customer of OneGuard for several years now. I have had other home warranty companies with other homes in the past, but i like OneGuard best. That being said, one individual really stands out to me. One time, last year, I was not happy with a decision on an issue and it got escalated Tricia D. She was very professional and courteous and continued to return my communications for several weeks. Even though that item did not go in my favor, i kept Tricia's info handy. Recently, on another item, i reached out to her directly. Again, she was awesome. She has been really prompt with responses and has really gone above and beyond. I've been dealing with OneGuard re replacing a defunct dishwasher. Had to call their fulfillment center with a few quires & reached a Tina L.. In dealing with her, I found her to be very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable & just wonderful to speak too. She's a very upbeat person! Her answers where clear & to the point. She explained the replacement process & urged me to please call them IF there are ANY issues what so ever w/the unit installed. She also stated they'd love a follow up after the installation of the unit. Also like to add, I asked to leave Tina, this review & rating. She made my Monday. Although, Tina is not the only one I'd rave about, everyone; so far, in the fulfillment center have been helpful. But Tina L., is the best company rep I've run into in a very long time.
Thanks to Tina, I've peace of mind knowing that everything is on track & being handled to the best of OneGuard's ability. Big thank you to Tina L., your the BEST!!

As a valued customer of One Guard I can say only the best praise for this company. Many warranty companies cover basic repairs but One Guard is a rare company that offered us. HVAC tune up as well as garage door tune up which we desperately needed. It's not always that a warranty is needed when something breaks, but to have a company that can help prevent parts from breaking by up keeping is highly valuable. Another very useful feature is using their pest control. When we first moved into our house it came in handy to not have to search for pest control companies, but have it included into our One Guard warranty.

I contacted 1 guard and received inaccurate non information from Elle. The call was 36 min and I never received a response to my questions about my toilet replacement. Elle was argumentative and spoke in a condescending manner. I simply wanted to know my options for replacing my toilet with an ADA certified height instead of the standard height. Elle placed me on hold to discuss the matter with the contractor rather than discussing the matter with me the customer. When she returned from talking with the contractor she proceeded to tell me what I wanted and that I was not able to get it

I had a AC issue on a Friday and they couldn't get anyone out till Monday when it's 107 degrees outside and 90 in my house. I asked to be able to use my own tech and they said no and refused to let me talk to a manager. After the repair I had done outside of warranty I was told a manager would call to see if they can do any type of reimburse credit since I paid outside the warranty and was told someone would call me Monday by end of day well tomorrow is Friday and still no call.

The HVAC repairs was very well done . The plumbing call to repair a toilet that shakes was ignored. The contractor says that the toilet would only be covered if it breaks. I am waiting for my service fee to be refunded.
