The claim process is very easy, call in a claim or use the website. I've been with the company for about four years and they have saved me thousands of dollars in appliance repairs. The claim process started quickly but the contractor did not have the correct switch so the claim will be delayed for several days. Choice required that the switch be supplied & pre-approved by Choice. My convenience is less a consideration.

It has always been there and worked with me to make sure I could afford the monthly payment as a senior. I don't think I could have ever done without them. So far I am happy with the prices and it is a good service. Customer support is good, when I call it, they take care of my needs. The technician they sent did his job but I wasn't happy with it, it was little loose, so I called them and they sent a technician to fix it.

I've had to make claims and they've made good on them. I think I've used them three times already. Pretty soon after I bought them. Problems happened right away. They were available when I had to tell them about a claim and they pay the claims. The agent, Ralph has been very helpful.

The majority of the service persons that are called have been very good and they've taken care of the problem. It was in the winter and the plumbing had backed up because of the garbage disposal so someone came in and unplugged it so we were happy. They have been very dependable and they usually respond within twenty four hours.

I needed my dryer repaired and I called Choice and I heard back from them within a few hours and they had seven appointments from a repairman to be there within a day or two. It was very timely and very efficient and worked out great. I was very happy with the repairman that came and has always done well. So far it's been good. Good price, good technician, good customer service. Fast service, good communication. I hear from them quickly. It's been a good experience for me.

I went online and they were contacting me back within about an hour to set up an appointment. I kept blowing lights in the kitchen in the ceiling. Every time I turned the light on it would blow the switch, so I contacted Choice Warranty and they sent a technician out to replace the switch and that was it and it was fixed. They are very punctual.

The customer service is excellent. When they say they're going to be here at a certain time to take care of business, they are here. Not too long ago, my water heater needed a new backflow or whatever and they took care of that and it wasn't operating and they fixed that so I'm quite pleased with them. They do a great job.

I like the way they handled it when I called. They answer right away and look for the solution right away and accommodate everything very quick. Recently my dishwasher broke and they were going to give me money for the dishwasher, but the money I received I'm not able to buy the dishwasher and the installation is going to be much more than that.

I'm still waiting after two weeks or so of not getting a call or service. I have had no service yet. I needed to use my warranty like two weeks ago from my dryer and the technician immediately called me and that was perfect. Less that twenty four hours they called me saying they would send a technician and he said he needed to order a part and I'm still waiting for the part so my issue has not been resolved.

My first call, there was a little confusion about urgency, but otherwise, I've made two or three other calls and they've been just fine. I used my warranty recently. I needed a plumber to come out and take a look and they sent someone out within a day. I've never had a problem with the contractor that they did not do the work. That's one of the reasons I left my old home warranty company because of the quality of the contractors to not do the work.

I sincerely believe and think that Choice Home Warranty is an excellent, top of the line choice when it comes to choosing a home warranty company. But I would like for CHW to do extensive background checks on the companies that they are recommending to their clients. Some theses companies have very poor reviews and customer service. As far as rating CHW, I would like to rate them a 4, it could be a 5, but if CHW clean-up the acts of the companies that they recommend, then it becomes a 5 in my opinion.

I've had both American Home Warranty and Sear's but I had a bad experience with American so I switched to Sears but they stared going under so I choose Choice because it seemed like a good package and it was a three year contract so I wouldn't have to renew every year. Nothing is breaking but I paid all this money so it feels like they are winning. I had to use my warranty to cover my AC unit and it turns out that wasn't even covered. I feel like everything I thought was covered turns out to not bee covered. I still have two more years so it is possible that something will break that is covered.

The microwave went out and it couldn't be fixed so they said they would give me a check but it has been close to a month now. Other than that it has been good, they send somebody out to get back to you right away and let you know whether they are going to replace it or have it fixed.

I think the price of the warranty it okay but it could be a little bit lower. Sometimes the claim time will take a little bit longer when you're in an emergency but most of the time it is okay. I had to pay out of pocket when I had a plumbing issue and I couldn't wait the 48 hours. Generally speaking the technicians I got have worked out with good quality. I appreciate that.

Personally I think they have been great. I always have a good experience. Anytime we file a claim, they are very quick to respond and in most cases the repair company is able to come quickly. If they're not able to repair it, they replace it.

I've had them more the 10 years and I've been satisfied with their service. They are very attentive. Just a couple weeks ago there was a problem with the plumbing and the pool pump. I had to call them twice in a day and both issues were resolved within 3 days. The do the work as fast as they can as best as they can.
