They do not have contracts with repair companies in my area. Which means I have to find a contractor and finance the repair for a couple of months until Choice reimburses me. This also required many phone calls to get a check cut.

They finally denied the claim. A second claim they also denied. Forget this company unless you want to throw your money away. P.S. I want to cancel my policy.

Our first experience with making a claim did not go well. They gave us an appointment time for a tech to come service our appliance, but never communicated that to the tech, so they never came. After several calls to their call center in India, we ended up having to do the "reimbursement option" and are still waiting for reimbursement.

They don't keep their word as far as repairing or replacing items. People get a warranty company to either repair the item or replace it. And they said they don't replace items, they want to kind of give you a cash settlement which is less than it costs to actually purchase it yourself and have it installed.

It took multiple calls to resolve any issue and sometimes it was also very difficult to understand the support staff. You don't have tech for every job. I have been without a fridge since the 21 of October because you didn't approve a new one. I'm still waiting for parts for something that was repaired once.
