I've used them several times. Last year it was really hot out and my air conditioning went out. I called them and they responded the next day and everything was repaired. They get things done. They respond timely and they send companies that are qualified to do the work.

I've attempted to use my warranty and found out on at least two occasions that the problem was not covered by the policy. On other occasions I have had excellent service in a timely manner. I don't believe that everyone they contract with is necessary the best in their business. I am very satisfied with the ease of contacting an agent when I have a new claim.

My furnace stopped working. They contractor came over and diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day with a new part and everything started working fine and it's been working since. I've only had problems with one contractor who told me he couldn't make it after I had waited a day. Choice gave me a new contractor who came the next day.

I've never had a problem. I've always gotten service within a day or so they've even replaced a couple things for me. They always assigned somebody right away. I did once have someone I didn't like but I request not to assign that person again. Their prices have been consistent. For the amount of times I've used them I think it's pretty good.

I've had it for a few years and it has worked out very well for me they gave me an awesome package. The only experience I've had was pleasant and he was knowledgeable. With customer service my only problem was I couldn't understand a lot of what the person was saying because of an accent.

I'm up to my twelfth or thirteenth year with them because they provide great service. Everyone always comes through and fixes my problems. They never let me down and if they can't repair it, they give me money to replace it. I don't have to worry when something breaks, because I am ninety nine present sure I am always covered.

They have very good customer service, it's 24 hours and they set up appointments quickly and have good online support. The copay is low and when my furnace broke, they were here the next morning to fix it and they had to get parts approved and they were approved right away.

The price is very good. I like the keep the prices the same after all the years of service. All the other companies increase the copay every year and I keep paying the 45 dollars with choice. I've only had two rejections because they were not a part of the plan but other than everything has been great. Everything goes great.

We didn't like the other warranty company that charged us more in a deductible and tried to fix things that didn't need to be fixed so we switched to switch and the company itself is trustworthy but the workers are not. About two weeks ago my refrigerator was making a sound and they sent a repairman, who charged me a hundred dollars instead of the deductible because he said choice was not going to pay the claim on the refrigerator and he said if anyone asked he changed the condenser, when all he did was use my vacuum sweeper to clean this little place in the back and he put in a claim with choice for the new parts.

They actually cover a lot more than other home warranty companies do. I have a furnace that just went bas and they covered the ductwork and everything. They are really good to work with. They don't hassle me about anything, they just get someone here really quick to fix what I need fixed.

I have used CHW for several years and been very satisfied, but 2 of the last 3 claims have been nightmares. Do they not vet the contractors they send to our homes? And once a contractor picks up a job request, CHW is through with them; they offer no help if there are problems with the contractor. My latest claim was for a plumbing problem which was an emergency. CHW sent me a message that the plumber would l arrive in 7 DAYS! I called the company direct and they had someone to my house within an hour. Unfortunately, their service after that point was a nightmare. Three months later, the project is still not completed. I'm hoping that CHW will drop this company from their list of contractors.

We had a plumbing issue with my best friend's sink and the company they sent out checked my toilet and my water running. Their professionalism was top. They've always been very prompt answering the phone and getting the technician that is needed in my home. I had to use my warranty because my washer would not work. I called Choice and they had someone call me back within twenty four hours to set up the appointment for the following day with minimum money coming out of my pocket. There's so many things that Choice Home Warranty does not cover what's in their plan compared to others that I've called.

I used the warranty for my dishwasher and when they came out, they found that the dishwasher was unserviceable so they replaced it. But the amount they offered me to replace it, I didn't feel like it was a reasonable amount. I feel like the network of service providers they use is a quality network. I haven't had any issues with the actual people coming out to do the work.

Several instances they were not able to help me with the issues I had. My air conditioning was leaking water and they sent people that could not resolve the problem and instead of sending of sending me air conditioning people they were sending me a plumber and when I needed a plumber, they were sending me air conditioning people and I was going back and forth and paying forty five dollars each time. People could not understand it was just a pipe that was blocked and somebody needed to put a stick in there and fix it. They send technicians that are not well qualified to do the job and I ended up paying twice.

They are very prompt. They call me right back and usually get an appointment back right away. They only thing I was disappointed about is that my AC heat pump went out and they said that the compressor was not covered. In the end the did give me $500 towards it but it did cost me over $2,000. Another time my garage door wasn't working and they came and fixed it. The service man was very prompt.

They want you to file the claim online and it's hard for me to do stuff online. I think they need to be a little more understanding of that. I used my warranty for my air conditioning and the people that choice sent me walked off the job. I never got a bill, they told me they'd get back with me in a couple of days and I when I called I just got voicemail. I was never followed up with by choice warranty even. They usually follow with an email or questionnaire.

I have a recent claim and it has been several months and it hasn't been resolved. There has been a huge gap in between the time when I email them and the response I get. My water heater stopped working and a plumber was sent to fix it. He tried to fix the problem but he had to order a part. He came back after several days and replaced the part but the problem was not solved. I was assigned a claim representative that responds very slowly. She gave me the phone number of the same plumber. He came out again. He tried to fix another part. He said it is the boiler that needs to be changed but he's going to try his best to fix it without changing the boiler. This was the only time I had this problem most of the time they are pretty prompt.

I like that I have someone to go to and I don't have to search for a handyman if I've got an issue. I've had a couple of issues nothing major. One time I expected my AC to be covered but they denied coverage. There have been times I've needed assistance and they've got somebody right out. They respond quickly but a couple of the people that have come out maybe they weren't vetted but they weren't up to par.

You guys have been very good most of the time. There was one-time last year but I understand that you change the policy a little bit and I had a heater go out I had you guys come out look at the heater and they said it had a faulty gas line. Unfortunately, that component in the heater wasn’t covered. That was the only issue I have ever had.

Sometimes they send out the wrong person when they are unconfident but when they do send out the right people, they do a very good job and are very polite. I've had mixed results with the customer support. I had one to two claims that weren't allowed so I really didn't agree with it but overall, it's been good. I've had Choice Home Warranty for probably two years now because we were moving into a house and since I didn't know anything about how the house was maintained, I got Choice Home Warranty so it would give me a little peace of mind in case anything broke down. The old air conditioner broke down but it turned out to be a part that they didn't cover. They gave me a couple hundred bucks just to make me feel better. They fixed my pool filter and that was fine. I had another problem with the pool and they said that I had reached the maximum limit and they were only going to give me a hundred and thirty dollars to fix that problem so I didn't even follow through on that. The quality of service have all been good technicians and fixed what needed to be fixed. Based off of the coverage issues that I've had, I'm probably not going to renew with them.

My dishwasher broke down and they fixed the problem. Initially, they tried to sell me a bigger package. The guy was super persistent, like a car salesman, even though I told him, he would not stop talking so I had to hang up on him. I wasn't very impressed with that. When I filed a claim for my dishwasher, I got this email that said "sorry, we can't find anybody to fix your dishwasher, can you find somebody yourself and we will reimburse you within thirty days?". But that was not acceptable for me so the next day, they magically found somebody and the person that they found to do the dishwasher, they came and checked it out and they misdiagnosed it and ordered the wrong part to fix it. So that took a week to get the part in. And then to get the right part took another week, so it was almost a two or three week process. They did get the dishwasher fixed.

You need to read the fine print when you purchase a home warranty. The repair done apparently was not covered by their warranty.
