Probably the worst warranty company ever. I got lowballed on a replacement dryer. American Home Shield never did that. Guess I have to go back to them. They have sent one decent technician to repair my dryer. The other one was a disaster who has sent threatening messages which I informed Choice Home Warranty but they don’t seem to care.

I was not able to contact the contactor by phone or email (Sears). They told me the dates they could come and never gave me a choice. I travel a lot and I needed a range of dates and every time I canceled because I was travelling, they set another date that I was on the road. Finally I paid a local contractor to fix my oven.

Terrible! The manager assigned to my case was rude and when I told her that my fridge cost was 2800 and the 900 dlls she offered was not enough and she told me that the maximum she could offer was 1199 and I did not have another choice. When I asked Victoria to let me speak to her manager she told me with such a bad attitude I’m the manager.

It took a very long time to receive a EMAIL for the voucher to purchase a new dryer and it was only good for a purchase at Lowes. I could have gotten one at a nonprofit store much cheaper.. Had to pay $330 more plus delivery and installation.

They do not cover or replace as stated in their contract. Rarely can get a repair person to our home and those that do come are not very knowledgeable. Had a couple good ones. Spent 395.00 for three visits for a dryer and it was a plugged vent. Horrible, horrible company!

I will not be renewing my contract with Choice, the Technician was great, you declined to fix the washing machine. The bearings on the washer was the cause of the loud noise and the reason it went to high spin no matter the size of the load.

Had appointment yesterday scheduled 3:00pm to 8:00pm with plumber. I finally went to bed at 10:15 pm. Multiple phone calls went unanswered. Never showed up. Never returned any phone call. Even left a message on the Facebook site. Very disrespectful.

I purchased a home warranty from this company. And when I called them on a claim for my ice maker. They denied my claim without a reason. I paid in full. And they did not honor my request for a refund. If I could get my money back, I could purchase a new refrigerator with a working ice maker.

it is difficult to reach a live human. they assign you a company and the company that you are assigned to for the work is robots only until the time is too close to reschedule or anything, or speak to a live human. The technicians who do the work are outstanding and of high quality.

They will fix the small stuff. When they tell you that they will either fix or replace a broken unit don't believe them. My oven is broken and they want to send me a $338 Loew's gift card, instead of fixing the unit. As soon as I receive my check I will cancel this policy.

Almost impossible to get a tech to take a claim. Then once I finally find my own tech I have to educate the claim handler at Choice about the mechanics of my system to get a review. They didn't pay my emergency HVAC claim because I got a tech on my own. If I could get my money back I would. I will never recommend it to anyone.

The sales team lies about what the company promises. Rusty or leaky pipes were supposed to be covered. They were not. I’m still contemplating a lawsuit for taking money from me for a coverage that evidently never existed. As a disabled person I was hoping the company would be helpful. They were not!

Yes, I am trying to cancel my contract I signed up for on 18 Jan. Funny, I get the run around and talked to 6 personnel and got put on hold, for ever. I sent a few emails, but have no idea if My contract has been cancelled. Guess Ill have to go to the bank and make sure you all dont pull another payment. So customer service gets a Minus 5.

The service to request a technician was slow. Choice decided to “replace” the range. The case worker was rude and not helpful. Do Not use this company. They offered us $330 in Lowes gift cards for a new oven ($2100.00 new). After we called them, they upped it to $595.00. - still Lowes gift card. No a replacement by our standards.
