I have been a loyal customer for 7 years. I have an air conditioner that is 22 yrs old. It stopped working due to age. Choice Home Warranty denied my claim, they said to lack of maintenance, most ac units don’t last 22yrs. Do not use this company! They will not pay for replacement.

Choice sucks. As far as I can tell it is useless. They are not timely nor considerate. They have unknown exclusions if you did not real ALL the fine print. The plumber from Hughes was the only thing that was good. He was professional and thorough. Plumbing excluded from normal wear and tear, how else is there problems with plumbing.

scam company that does everything in its power to NOT cover anything, up to and including making false claims about manufacturers warranties. They will deny you claim and state it is covered by a mfg warranty in hopes that you won't fight back. If you DO fight back, they will delay and delay in hopes that you will give up.

Two claims submitted and problems both times. First time they sent an unqualified technician. Then days went by before I could get another tech to diagnose the problem. Second time, tech was scheduled quickly, but Choice denies clam after tech said they covered this claim all the time. I am very sorry I went with Choice.

Not being able to talk to someone with English skills is a problem. Very poor service. I was scheduled for a call a week after I started the claim, the technician never arrived, after I waited all day, very difficult to track down the problem. Rescheduled for 5 days later. 10 days after claim initiated.

They can't never fix anything only thing they do is make sure they get the surcharge, if you can't fix the problem then don't charge the surcharge maybe a gas charge They are WORTHLESS I have had them for 2 years had 2 service call and neither one of them qualify for fixing. My contract is over with in October and I'm NOT RENEWING.

After waiting for over a week to have a serviceman come out, CHW denied the claim to repair the broken part on my garage door. I ended up paying for it out of pocket. There is no need to have the CHW if they are not going to cover broken systems when they occur.
