Warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear which is the main reason anything ever breaks down. Claim was denied and all my system needed was additional Freon but because the Freon is too expensive due to market, they denied. It’s not worth it.

Very slow in authorizing simple repairs especially for fire hazard. It is not my fault if ketch air tech did not provide receipt of the repair that I paid out of pocket for wrong diagnosis that you people denied for a simple repair! Just negative experience from you and to think I paid already 3 yrs with you.

This company is all about getting out of paying anything for a claim. They don’t remove and replace the broken items. They offer you the least amount of money for your item, not enough to buy a replacement. In order to get anything done you have to call multiple times and fight with your case managers. I will not be renewing my contract.

Fridge broke, took way too long to get a service appt, then when it was deemed replaceable, we got less than half the amount to replace the exact fridge on a Lowes gift card only! This is after we were told by 2 different reps that the company replaces in full. Needless to say, we cancelled our renewal.

Called 4x regarding an existing claim and got disconnected. Water heater tech recommended replacing entire water heater but warranty denied and would only cover a part that took three days to receive then still didn’t work so now waiting a 4th day with no hot water to get another part hopefully tomorrow to see if that will fix the problem

Came on time . repaired AC
