They don't listen. Cancel claims without contact. Been outright lied to by multiple agents including their resolution dept. Wasted days of my life trying to keep an appointment with an assigned vendor they kept cancelling. Nightmare of a company to work with. Many of their vendors are quite questionable with bad reviews.

This is not a good company or a good warranty product. Most claims are denied and they can’t get any techs to work for them because they are so difficult to work with. Customer service has ranged from unhelpful to rude. Would not recommend.

Horrible! Denied my claim for a different reason than what the technician provided them. Confirmed with the HVAC company and was informed that they did not communicate with the warranty company the reason that was listed in denial letter. It was also different from what was written on my invoice from the technician.

I have a problem with my water heater and to this day they haven’t fix it and it’s been over a week. I’m a 70 year old women taking care of my 94 year old mother heating water to clean my house and bathe is beyond expectable. So I don’t recommend this home warranty company

Scheduling service has been a nightmare. It took over a month to have an electrician to come to my house. Two appointments never showed up. I took off three days of work for this and the prior two appointments. One would think they would waive a service fee or something to compensate for our inconvenience.

This bait and switch results in you attempt to submit a claim being denied coverage even though it was for something that prior to purchasing the policy was assured would be covered. I will rate choice home warranty after the technician has been. Last time i had a claim for my garage door opener spring I was told I was covered when the technician arrived I was told the spring was not covered under the policy and I had to pay him directly. So I will rate you after they come and look at my refrigerator.

Everybody LIED, when I read the contract with my attorney he stated this contract protects Choice 100% and you 0%. Choice has more loop holes protecting them than Big Business has loop holes in the IRS BS... My contract was cancelled immediately and it took a dozen phone calls to receive a cancellation confirmation...

I was very disappointed with the handymen they sent in to do the work. On one occasion he broke the pipe and flooded my whole basement. Another time he broke the faucet instead of fixing it. They wouldn’t cover my claim. Customer service was terrible. They hung up on me several times instead of dealing with the problems

I was totally misled by Choice for this claim. After explaining the numerous issues(4 claims last year) with a 14 year old Lennox AC system, and the need to replace it, they failed to honor the replacement after the Choice claims representative stated they would on the phone.
