Placed a claim for refrigerator/ freezer not working on a Tuesday received confirmation that a service technician would be on-site Monday between 3pm and 8pm. Lost over $300 in food because Choice Home Warranty did not HONOR there 24 to 48 hours service agreement. Not a happy camper at all.

Many years ago when I purchased a Choice Home Warranty, I did so because I felt confident that if I had a problem with an appliance, Choice would cover the repair. Sent someone over to fix the air-conditioning. While they were there they told the technician they're reassigned it. It needed to be fixed for my renters so I paid for it. Choice said to do the reimbursement option then said it wasn't approved and closed. Very bad customer service.
