Because every time we have a problem and do a claim they send the least experienced with cheapest work they can find, when the people they send breaks something due to their lack of knowledge, nobody takes responsibility to fix, and it takes forever to get anything done.

Warranty is a waste of money. The warranty covers basically nothing- people buy warranties for products b/c they are aged and your done print fails to cover a product that is "working to its capacity" for its age- I would never buy or recommend this warranty to anyone.

AHS contractors could not get the parts to fix my AC problem; a non-AHS contractor could and had the parts; but AHS, even after giving me permission to get an outside bid, rejected the bid and let me with no AC for weeks! AHS coverage covered nothing.

The vendor that was assigned to to the work at my home has not done it. I called it in on 7/16/22 and as of today the work has not even been started. I have been waiting since 7/19/22 for them to get a bulb for my microwave.
