Most of the companies that they work with take too long to make an appointment. Once they come out half of the parts for the repair are not covered. You still have to pay a bunch of money to get your appliance repaired.

I paid for a warranty and I feel you use your own companies so that they can word their finds in the report in a way so that you don't have to pay to fix the problem. So when my warranty expires I will not be renewing my warranty with your company.

I've been waiting for AC service for over a month in 100 degree weather. This company is impossible to work with and you care absolutely nothing for your customers. This is evident from your robotic non-communicative customer service reps. to your unreasonable policies, concerning outside vendors. This company is the worst!!!

Because I've been without AC and it's been over 105 degrees each day. Today is the seventh day. AHS has been dragging their feet on getting the approval. I also have have my 81 mother living with me and I'm afraid she will dehydrate. She has dementia and forgets to drink water.

Wash machine was not repaired after 1 month delay and rescheduled then when work was done left part hookup untightened and wash machine flooded floor. They put off coming back to repair 7 days. I have to call and pay for another repair shop to fix problem that same day.

Only replace pieces of a/c so have problems every year. So we shop local for quicker better service to replace unit- our expense. AHS won't even pay the cheap cash out price they had said they would. I have sent adequate proof but asks for more. Used to be great 28 years ago when we got it. Has been going down ever since.

Had to wait 5 days for a/c repair, because AHS only has 1 service contractor in my area. Very unacceptable. I was 96 degrees with a heat index of 107.Had to stay with friends so our dogs didn't die. Cu service was rude and uncaring. I changed to AHS because I heard they were the best warranty company, i was obviously misled.

I was told on numerous occasions that someone will follow up with me regarding the issues I was having with the technician you sent within 24 hours but no one ever called back. It has been 8months since the initial ticket was created and I have spent $7,000 out of pocket plus the monthly installments to you but the issue is still not resolved.

We had someone come out on the 5th of July and we thought it was fixed. We thought it was fixed but the motor was bad Alan the repairman said we were to leave it running until it quit, we'll we did and the firemen came after the smoke alarm went off. We are waiting for anew motor and the weather is in the 100's. 10 days is too long.

Because I pay my premium every month and 90% of the time when I need a repair they send a contractor out to my home and ALL THE CONTRACTOR DOES IS BASH AHS....and explain y'all are garbage, they hate AHS, AND YOU GUYS NEVER WANT TO FIX NOTHING.....BUT TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH!!!

After the diagnosis - AHS approved ordering the part for my AC unit, but instead of ordering the appropriate part which would fit my unit - I had to wait 8 business days for a part that was not only defective but DID NOT even fit my unit appropriately!!!

I have called AHS eleven times for the same issue, told the story to a different person each time, have been escalated to authorizations and Contractor Relations twice, been told I'd get a callback, and never do. Six weeks later, I still have the problem. Inexcusable. Will not be renewing.

American home shield sent Johnson HVAC to my house and they did resolve my issue and gave me multiple appointment they did not keep, HSA refused to send another vendor to my house for 16 days until my basement started smelling and mold started forming on the water that was stagnant

I filed a service request on 6/26, it was canceled on 6/28 without notifying me, I had to wait until 7/5 for AHS to reopen the request, the new contractor just diagnosed the problem (for the second time) and I am waiting for parts to be ordered and then installed. I do not trust AHS to take care of a service request

They have unreliable contractors that cancel all the time and aren't held accountable for nothing. The answering service speaks poor english and have pre answered responses no matter the question. And they try to replace high dollar equipment with cheap cheap Chinese stuff.

Inapt customer service people can't even speak the language. The lack of action on your part has caused extensive water damage to my house. It took over a week fighting with customers service rep to get a plumber out to my house while water leaked from the dishwasher all the way to the basement

I purchased this warranty thinking it would provide peace of mind and help. But, i went weeks without having my AC fixed. the offshore team was rude and unknowledgeable and didn't provide much assistance. After finding someone ourself, having someone come assess, we were then told the claim was denied.
