Time after time claims are denied and this last one was the straw that broke the camels back. It was a simple toilet fix and the claim was denied , so very little value for a service that I pay monthly for and a service call fee. It's a waste of money and time.

The company operates like a scam. They take your money, make you believe you are getting a good warranty for your home and then they make it extremely difficult to have anything repaired or replaced. There are many fees involved. I was even charged to fee to cancel my policy.

Everything is hurry up and wait: we'll I've been trying g to get my AC repaired since 6/8/22...I'm sleeping on the sofa ro try and keep cool and they are giving me BS excuses about my parts.

The technician mis diagnosed original call. said it was underground and it wasn't because I hired a electrician who found the problem above ground in the timer box. that's where the short was. I paid $75 for a call that was not handled well. I'm thinking of discontinuing American home shield unless I get my $75 refunded

We were giving terrible support from American Home Shield when our AC went out recently in the TEXAS summer heat. It took over a month to get the part needed to fix the problem and AHS never called to check on us or offer help in any way.

Over 20 minutes I clearly stated I was charged for a service call that was cancelled and I never got a refund. She stated 4 times it was cancelled and I was not charged, but when I gave her the date and amount she said she saw the charge and I would have to send a Fax. All I want is my money back since there was no service call.

Because you use the worst contractors who don't do anything anymore. You have your "help" desk in the phillipines who just read from a script. We have had AHS since we bought our house in 2000 and you have raised your fees and significantly dropped in quality and service. I am currently looking for a new plan.

We have had them for 3 years. When it is a straightforward problem, things go well. We have an A/C problem that we have been dealing with since move mid-June. We cannot doing anything but wait on AHS assigned contractor to fix it.or not. AND we have paid our $225 hours n service fees. We are DONE.
