Have call you and them no less than 50 times NOTHING has been done and NO call backs. Will probably cancel you service, as will my daughter for her apartment. I still have an open ticket from January and repeatedly call for resolution. The contractor sent to our house basically ghosted everyone and never gave a diagnosis, so nothing was done. No one can help at the customer service level and the other unit they refer the case to repeatedly fails to follow up.

The company they had came out, took pictures I guess and said no straps on heater... the same heater that AHS contractor replaced years ago and added the necessary straps! so denied! American Home Shield used to be a great company, but now they offer horrible coverage. They covered very little of my Well repair. They charge 5 times more for a monthly plan and offer less coverage. I will be canceling my plan with them.
