They don't listen. They don't resolve issues. I still have an issue that have not been resolved and they have not returned the funds. And they don't care about the customer. Their phone agents are terrible and they don't understand basic English. They just have people to answer the phone just to answer.

Because when they have to pay over 1000 dollars they find a loophole not to pay for example I have coverage on my pool heater and when it stop working I was told because you use chemicals in the water which damaged the heater so, we can't cover that

I went all winter without heat. I reported that my heater wasn't working just before Christmas, and I finally got my unit fixed just after the beginning of spring. I won't know if the heater works yet but the air is now working fine.

A.c. problem 3 weeks ago. They had Hansen mechanical respond. The tech was great. The office personnel are the worst. Called me a liar after they sent a message they are mot returning to fix the noise in the furnace because they did not work on it. AHS hasn't followed up on this repair or found out the problem since this happened.

A&E Appliance never repaired my refrigerator. I requested service from a different company and AHS called A&E again. There are complaints to AHS going back three years and still they use that company. They want to charge a fee for early termination but don't fulfill their contract.

Terrible service, refrigerator will not be repaired for 8 weeks because of parts order. Claimed back order. Called LG and they can send someone with parts available within days to complete repairs. I asked for replacement or rental, l have gotten a response.
