I needed a warranty to replace a microwave, which they did not replace. After a long period of time, they sent me an email saying, I got a credit at Lowe's Home Improvement. That's not acceptable. I had to go ahead and buy the appliance. They gave me a credit 30-something days later. I think the claim's resolution people are not doing their job correctly.

Furnace replacement, approved, however, forgot heat element, waited 2 months to complete this claim. Iam am thankful for replacement but took to long, several calls, to get claim finished.
