Absolutely a big rip off! They never can find a company that will work with them. Then they tell you to use your own company and they will reimburse you, but they make it so difficult that you finally give up.

I would recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone. It was purchased be the seller when I bought the property. To pay $75.00 to have someone come to tell you what you need to do is not my idea of how a warranty works.

Too slow to get anything fixed. Am retired and my wife and have medical issues and raising 2 grandchildren. Almost 2 weeks no ac and approximately 92 in house everyday. This is unacceptable.
