We had Choice Home Warranty for about 5 years. Every single thing we tried to make a claim on- they fought us on it! New refrigerator- $100.00! New Water heater-$50.00 they did not want to pay anything at all! New washer-had to fight with them to get anything at all! New microwave above the stove- again fought us with that. Refused to pay anything! Issues with roof- they paid nothing! And could keep going but you get it hopefully! I absolutely would not recommend Choice to anyone! They do not want to pay even though it is in the contract!

It is a good warranty but either the premium or the deductible is too expensive. I used to have it. Very professional staff and are quick to act. Overall worth it.
