It seems to be good for us. The coverage is good. I had to use it for my refrigerator just last week. It was not freezing. We had to have the compressor and other things replaced. It is now working fine. The man didn’t really clean up after himself and left a little burn on our linoleum. I am still waiting for someone to fix the ice maker.

Customer service is pretty prompt and pretty good the three times I’ve used them though not always. There was one instant when I was told they could not take care of my leak after the plumber came. I had to get the water turned off and all kinds of things. That was pretty poor service. I do think sixty five dollars for a visit is pretty high.
