Had a garage door malfunction technician was great and replaced the sensor that was broken, but found he had to rewire it from the sensor to the unit. That part of the warranty was not covered no wiring. I had to pay an extra hundred dollars to get it wired. Choice said no go.

Had my claim approved for a replacement water heater only to be forced to pay $1,200 because they will only pay for the water heater tank and $300 in labor. To top it off you have no choice what and where they source the tank. Not what they advertise at all. Insurance Company out for themselves and not the customers they claim to support.

They immediately denied my claim for my HVAC blower fan on the grounds that “it must be full of debris, they don’t fail otherwise” without asking the technician if it was in fact dirty or full of debris, which it wasn’t. I’m appealing with proof. I pay a contractor to maintain it to prevent breakdowns. Do not recommend this company.

Other services was great but when they replace your items with e-card from Lowe’s they say it could take up to 30 days to e-mail it to you so you have to wait too long to replace like a washer then wait til store can deliver. Wish they could make process a little faster. I don’t like waiting 5 days for service and waiting another 30 days for e-mail check then waiting for a delivery too.
