Horrible this company never replaces anything if it is not repairable neither do they advise you of their decision not to replace anything. The 1 time I complained I was assigned someone that never responded to my many calls. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am going back to American Home Shield. Choice is a BIG FRAUD.

I have three different policies with CHW, they took the money for six years in advance, filed a claim but about the built in microwave and a dishwasher. It’s been over two months now, I have been trying to speak with the case managers, Cheryl H and Lori J. they do not call back or respond the email.

After 18 days of no technician, tried claim reimbursement process to fix broken air conditioning. Then, Choice refused claim. Their philosophy is to make you WAIT as long as it takes until you HAVE to find someone to make the repair, then REFUSE reimbursement. Deceptive business practice. Will NOT renew our policy.

Choice was not what I expected. They fought not to fix the problem. It took phone calls and emails to resolve the problems. I was most disappointed in their response. Yes, the problem is fixed now but why would we need to spend half of the day in a battle?

I’ve had nothing but trouble with Choice. The customer service is hideous. Absolutely horrible. Now, they’re denying my heat pump claim - even with a home inspection that clearly states the heat pump system was in working order. They claim it’s a pre-existing condition. However, that is a lie. They are horrible & awful.

I have yet to get my air conditioning fixed and I'm pretty sure I'm never going to hear an answer regarding this. After the technician wrote up a report to CHW, I was told I'll get a email or phone call; I haven't heard anything yet and its going on a month that I've waited for a response. I will never recommend CHW to anyone.

They denied a claim on my air conditioner said it wasn't normal wear and tear? Well how else do compressors fail after 16 years? If it's not normal wear and tear? choice home warranty was responsible for an elderly woman spending the last 2 days in some of the hottest temperatures we've had all year. It was miserable and they don't care!

They denied my claim of fixing my AC unit. The compressor is no longer working and they tried to say that my compressor was built to last 15 years, so they will not fix it. That does not make sense. Until they agree to fix my AC unit, I would not recommend them to anybody. They are not going by their word so far...

T and no one knows what they're doing and you always get a different answer. No real training no communication by the company.-48 hours, not so, terrible, not not true to what they say. I was told if something should break and I needed it repaired it would be at least started by 24-48 hours, try a week!!!!!

Hard to communicate with chw. We have lived in this house for one month. Not knowing about the condition of the springs on the garage door. Chw refused to cover the repair and I had to pay the technician $85.00 for doing nothing! Ridiculous!! Waited hours to get a response on the request from customer service! Terrible!! Finally got an email!

OK with changing out compressor other than taking a week with 100 degree heat. But when inside messed up came up with excuses that we didn't keep filters cleaned. This isn't true always cleaned filters So Choice didn't help with anything costing us 4700.00 dollars to replace unit.

Very disappointed with your service. You have yet to contact a contractor. This extends my down time considerably so I go without one of my appliances longer. The contractors do not have time to wait to repair until they have contacted you for approval. This system is broken and needs repaired.

If I could rate you 0 stars I would. My air conditioner broke and 39 days have elapsed and still no resolution. I continue to get the run around with Choice. They do not have qualified technicians and put limitations of what they are willing to pay on the technicians they do have. There is no accountability and their customer service is POOR.

Very unhappy with the quality and integrity of service providers sent to complete repairs. The last person sent to complete work on a faulty oven thermostat was not truthful about his work, Did not fix the problem and removed a part from our oven that we want back, but the company is unreachable, never answers the phone.
