They take days to get someone scheduled to come out to your home, than the techs reject the job resulting in 2-3 more days of waiting. I was without AC in 112 degree weather for 5 days and kept getting the run around. The tech they originally booked backed out. I made the mistake of paying for 5 years upfront, if not I would dropped choice a long time ago.

My technician wss great but choice warranty was slow in processing my claim the continued to tell me they couldn't find a tech and to use their reimbursement feature I don't know ant contractors that's the reason I chose a warranty company unfortunately Choice Warranty was a bad choice

Not satisified,what needed replacement you compted me with a partial gift cardand only from Lowes.The air cccconditioner issue was extremely handled,it was a dead issue from the beginning,The initial Pro Service was I suspect not in both our interest,I want to be compted a new A/C or install a mini Split that I buy.We are not ?????

For the first time in five years with two accounts I am disappointed by your failure to resolve a problem with my washing machine. And instead of fixing the one I have opted to replace it for less than what it will cost me to get another one that is unacceptable and it’s criminal.. I spoke to one of your managers Ms Shakir J who was not sympathetic of my situation nor was she compassionate about the problem. I have had a claim with charge warranty ever since February 6th that has not been addressed I file another one that has not been addressed and so if we got to pay for warranties every month to get our stuff fixed and then it never gets fixed I think something need to be said or done about that

Choice Home Warranty, CHW, is a pain to deal with. They always resist honoring the work, and come up with lame excuses so they don't have to pay for repair or replacement. Almost every time I ended up having a bad experience with my claims, so it's very discouraging to even call them to fix things. Claim Manager, Tamika, is very rude and cuts me off when I talk, she is very pushy and enforces her side of the view and is arrogant. I couldn't ask for her supervisor as she was at the top of the claim department. It is not worth having CHW at all.

I'm not happy with not being able to talk to anyone at time of placing repair order. I had to pay $75 to the plumber for him to tell me my pump wasn't covered. I asked the only person that would answer the phone and he wouldn't let me talk to the claims department. Not happy with Choice warranty.

They take your money and then never reimburse you for the repairs done by the contractor. Plus they don't even pay the contractors for their work if the claim is done through them and not the customer. The put you on ignore and give you all kinds of excuses as why they will not cover the claim. It is a FAKE POLICY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! DON'T BUY THEIR POLICY!! IT IS A RIP OFF SCAM!!

My complaint is not about the technician, but rather with Choice Warranty customer service, and that of Sears Repair customer service. No matter how many times I told them to call our Boca Raton tenant rather than me (since I am up in Maryland), I had kept getting calls both from Choice Warranty and Sears. Something is wrong with your system.

I submitted my claim over month ago. My HVAC, is leaking into the tenants condo below. I’ve had three contractors visited my home and all reported the same issue, the unit needing to be replaced. However, as of this date, no resolution. I can’t used the unit because it leaks into my neighbor’s. Am using space heaters, increasing my electricity. The only time I speak to customer service is when I call. We are about too approach and no resolution. This utterly ridiculous and unprofessional. Poor service

After being a long time customer I submitted a claim in 2019 for a pipe with a leak which was located between the walls after wear and tare it leaked this pipe should have been covered and CW denied the claim. At present another denial. In the near future the over "$3,000 i have invested in your company will go in the bank instead for future repairs

Not what I expected. They used Sears Home Services to repair my washer....what a joke....I have been dealing with Sears Home Services since 2/7/23. Parts have been ordered and received but can't get them to come back and fix the machine. They cancelled an appointment for 2/17 and rescheduled for 3/10/23 but they cancelled and rescheduled for 4/7/23. Contacted CHW...no help since Sears has already ordered a part. Very disappointed and will not renew my contract with them.

Terrible! WE have washing machine that needs to be fixed. They sent one technician that said it is not fixable. They sent another technician who said it can be fixed and sent report. Choice Home misread the report and denied the repair. I called them, they asked to appeal and assigned manager. Manager didn't do anything. I called numerous time finally they requested another report from technician and denied again. Technician reported that suspension leaks and need to be replaced. They assumed that this is not normal tear and wear and come up with another excuse to deny repair. TOTAL SCAM!!!

the fact that you waste time with a forced buy out after tech sent out , final buy out accepted is at least 45% less than needed to replace range of equal options and removal of old. In addition, forcing me to buy at lowe with gift card that will take 30 more days to get is inconsiderate, unbusiness like and different than competitors. I have 4 children and make 3 meals a day without a stove!!!!!!!! would not recommend choice, and considering canceling my 3 policies. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!! Yes amazing in the worst way

Where should I start!!? They take forever to schedule an appt, once they find a contractor, they send out a (false) appt time frame that isn’t confirmed with the contractor. So, you sit around waiting for a 6 hour time frame that’s not even scheduled (may even be the wrong day!!). You pay a 75$ fee, even if they can’t fix the problem for whatever reason (too old, broken, not covered…there’s always an excuse). No organization, no follow thru, no attention customer service, etc etc. So, unless you have nothing better to do with your time and money- do NOT use.

The assigned technicians for 2 different appliances left repair issues unresolved. The AC repairs were denied because they were “maintenance related. The refrigerator water filter was not fixed after a couple of visits and is still not working.
