It was recommended by a friend and I looked into it and they had strong recommendations from customers and price was right so it seemed like it was a good quality insurance company for ] this sort of thing. There were two times when I had small appliance problems with the dishwasher and refrigerator and they responded quickly and got it fixed. The technician was perfect and everything was fine. But when my air conditioner went out. they were claiming that they don't cover it even though it is right there in the contract that they do. I filed a request for an appeal and they said the person would be in touch with you in twenty four hours well it's been now like seventy two hours and I haven't heard anything from them at all. The customer service has not been good.
