I had a mixed experience with my warranty service. Initially, I was frustrated when my dryer broke, and I wasn't informed about the option for a check to buy a new one. However, when I used the warranty for my refrigerator, the repair process went well once they found a technician. The biggest issue was the long wait time to find qualified personnel and the lack of timely updates from customer service.
