It should not take seven days to get service on my furnace. What if it was mid-winter? Do you cover hotels, busted pipes, water damage? If a company cannot prioritize heat and AC they aren't worth the money!

None of the claims that I’ve filed were covered. I have yet to see the benefit of having this warranty. The wait time for a technician and then the wait to see if something is covered it’s way too long.
