I've been trying to get my central air fixed for a month and it's still not fixed. Why don't they do something? If the company they're working with ain't gonna fix my air, why don't they get another company out here and fix my air?

They didn't fix our broken appliance and they're very difficult to deal with. There was no one to talk to and then when you did talk to them they refused to answer your questions. Basically they were a terrible company. I think they're a scam.

What they tell you to sell you you find isn’t true if you have an issue. Most things aren’t covered. Took over a month to get my fridge repaired and still had to pay some out of pocket for uncovered parts. Dont waste your money, time and frustration!

No company in my area in the network. Was told I could go out on my own and then send in a reimbursement. The email that I received was not very clear on the process. Once I clicked on reimbursement, I seen I missed steps that made me forfeit and money back.

They use faulty vendors that do not diagnose properly and then they deny your claim. When you appeal and show proof of a reputable company's invoice and assessment they continue to deny it.

I did not have a working fridge for over a month. Even now I do not have a working ice maker and water dispenser after 10 technicians visiting and wasting my time for the past 50 days. All I ever get from CHW is that we have authorised the claim and the technician needs to fix it - talk to him

It’s been almost a month and I am still trying to get my microwave fixed. If you ask for a supervisor they always come up with an excuse and tell you the supervisor will tell you the same thing. Meanwhile I haven’t had not one successful conversation with any of the reps. I’m considering changing companies.

I had a A/C problem during the worst time... I had to contact choice. Because they made me wait more that 2 days to respond we had to take matters in our own hand.. I called a local tech to repair our unit. Sad but if you have a real problem, you may need to make another choice. That what Choice means. Make another.

I filed a claim on 8/24/2023 on my A/C unit. The last contact with anyone was 9/5/2023. It is now 9/12/2023 and still no contact. Each time I have reached out some one is supposed to get back with me in "24 hours". Each time "I" have follow up as they dont......so far I'm not impressed.

It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on them to replace my water heater. And instead of just the $75 fee I also have to pay for “unauthorized expenses” without a list of what it includes at the cost of an extra $200. The repairman says it’s $300 so I don’t even know when I’ll get my replacement or how much extra it will cost.

It took to long to get people out to look at problems. When I signed up the guy told me that since I live in Fl I would have someone out the next day which was a lie. Then the repair people don't fix the problem they want to duct tape or super glue things.

Disappointed!! I am disappointed with CHW: On two occasions (up right freezer and 5-ton AC condenser) They did not replace my high-end appliances with like-value. When I appealed, they said read your contract. I was mis-led by their advertisements. I will not renew with them and certainly would never recommend them
