I HAVE CALLED AND SPOKE TO SEVERAL EMPLOYEES REGARDING STOP WORKING WITH CHOICE WARRENTY EACH TIME I WAS SENT TO ANOTHER PERSON. YOU CANNOT STOP WORKING WITH THIS FIRM. YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOU CREDIT CARD INORDER FOR THEM TO STOP REMOVING MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION.

They lost me as a customer when they gave me 700 to replace my fridge. They said it couldn't be fixed. The fridge cost 3000.00 if I was to replace it. I called a repair company out and they fixed it for 250.00. They lost a loyal customer that day. Pathetic!

Do waste your money with this company. My AC was not cooling and using a lot of electricity. It's a 21-year-old AC, but they said that the condenser coil fins have become excessively corroded and damaged and the failure can not occur under normal wear and tear conditions.

They try their best not to cover anything. I was constantly battling to get a reimbursed. Most times they don't have their own technicians you have to call your own. This is when the battle begins. They refuse to pay for anything or they'll reimburse you half or less than what you paid.

Very disappointed with the warranty itself - replacements for broken appliances are builder's grade not replacement with a comparable quality appliance it fixture. This IS NOT explained when purchasing. My water heater broke and they expected me to wait 1 -2 weeks for them to ship the replacement to the contractor. That's unreasonable.

All they said was I got an outside help so they no longer can help me!!!! Don't how many days they wanted me to stay with no AC in Houston/TX in mid summer.
