Choice is a total scam and should be called WRONG CHOICE. Read the contract carefully and ask the sales rep what is not covered. Replacement of a system option is not true. Normal wear and tear is usually voided because they will say the system would only fail due to rust or corrosion although contractor said it's normal wear and tear, they won't cover corrosion. Also beware of their contractors using corrosion as a way for you to upgrade with their company outside of the warranty. Always get a 2nd opinion.

Every time I call, they tell me to keep calling back. All they do is give you the run around. My stove needs to be replaced and they know it and there is talk about ending out a second technician took at it for the same issue. It's just awful.

Thought it was all cut and dry with Choice Home Warranty but somebody dropped the ball, either the realtor or the title company, and they said the premium wasn't paid and my water heated was leaking so I had to call customer service and they gave me the run around and it took two hours before they got back to me and it was a bad experience.

I've had a couple of bad experience in the past and the only reason I kept choice home warranty is because of the idea that it is reasonable but a couple of years ago they didn't pay for the whole hot water tank and in the future I am going to go with something else. They don't fulfill my needs and I have to call back to make sure people are coming and still they don't come sometimes. The real warranty doesn't cover a lot and I feel like I am being cheated out of money paying for something I don't get.

Sent unqualified tech to fix our A/C . He had no clue what was wrong, he was extremely rude. When we called CHW they were uncooperative and wanted to send the same tech back 5 days later .. we have a baby in our home in Florida the average temp 96-105 degrees. We had to call another A/C to fix our A/C . The fan motor would cut out after being on for 15 minutes... we we had to pay to repair. Now we are trying to claim from HCW and it's a nightmare.. we are being shoved from pillar to post... I am not happy at all..
