They say they cover all systems, yet when I tried to file an electrical and a plumbing/sewer claim, all of it was "pre-existing condition," which is complete and total fraud. ALL things pre-exist. Insurance/warranty should cover when someone buys a new house and systems fail. I feel lied to by your sales guy.

I thought I had replacement value for my appliance.. I paid $650 3 years ago for my dishwasher and they consider a replacement value to be $357. I feel the word replacement means just that, not half the value. What a rip off.

They denied a claim after the blackout period. I had an ax unit that went down at 112 degrees in Palm Springs and they wanted to wait to weeks to appeal. Not an option. I fixed it and they denied my claim as pre existing 2 weeks after it broke. They will take your money and not be honorable

We have had nothing but issues with our plumbing and it was caused by our water softener which is not covered under the warranty however our plumbing is and we have low water pressure and we bought fixtures for the kitchen and bathroom but this warranty company won't even cover the installation.
