I actively will tell anybody I know not to use Choice. They are the worst company. It took multiple calls to resolve any issue and sometimes it was also very difficult to understand the support staff. They didn't understand the issue and they were also not informative or understanding the contract.

I believe that when we do get a contractor out for service and a claim is filed Choice has exclusions example my AC not distributing air to 2 rooms. Choice could’ve still approved what tge AC recommended. I will be canceling vm my plan

You don't have tech for every job. I have been without a fridge since the 21 of October because you didn't approve a new one. I'm still waiting for parts for something that was repaired once. I have $7,000 injections that must be refrigerated. All my food is spoiled also. And you never repaired my septic tank.I am highly disappointed.

I am still waiting for service/ repair of the washer after three plus weeks. Incredible!!!! And I have the upgraded service! Incredible!!!! At this point you would think that I could receive a payment to assist in buying another washer to END THIS!!!!

I was denied a claim because Choice could not provide an electrician, I had to find one on my own. Then the electrician did not fill out the proper information on the Choice claim website, they said they did, and Choice denied my claim!

They will look at every possible way to avoid covering the claim, they hire technicians that they train to find fault of customers. They rule a problem as not cover due to not normal wear and tear without a clear description of what that looks like and do not allow for another opinion from a neutral source.

They will spend the absolute minimum possible on your repair. The two contractors we’ve had don’t even like them because Choice doesn’t allow contractors to complete jobs like they feel like they ought to be done, so the contractors think it makes them look bad for doing a halfway job. We have paid both of them extra to do a complete job.

Everyone I talk to hates Choice Warranty. Every tech they have assigned says they are extremely difficult to work with. More than half of my claims have not been resolved to my satisfaction, and when I have appealed their determination, they read from a script without looking at the specific of the claim.

The hidden extra charges are unacceptable. In addition to the service charge I was required to pay an additional $300.00 for installation. I spoke with another Choice customer they were charged an additional $110.00 for the same thing. This was not a modification. It was a straight forward one for one change out.
