The tech was prompt, courteous, respectful, and polite. The tech walked in, I told him what the problem was, and he entered the room where the dryer was and performed his observation. He took about 20 minutes, and he explained the problem. He said he had to make a phone call for approval. He explained which part he needs to finish the job. After another 20 minutes, he came back in with the part and proceed to complete the job. Within another 20 to 30 minutes the job was done.

I liked when Mr Henry O, came to my home that he was on time and ready to go to work. Henry requested information about the issue that I was facing. I gave him all of the information that he had requested to possibly get the job done. Henry was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He ordered the part, came back to home on February 5, 2024; completed the job and told me that there would not be a charge , because of me being a home Choice Warranty. Mr O made my day. I will tell friends and family about Best-Choice Mechanical and Mr Henry O.

Quick response, great group of businesses they partner with for repairs. We had Drum with NIB Doors come out, and he was very personable and experienced. He replaced the spring on our garage door quickly and he checked other features of our door to make sure everything else was working properly. We don't have a way to make our garage light stay on so my husband stood in front of the sensor while Drum worked, and Drum talked him through all of the steps. We appreciate him educating us while he was here.

Easy to make a claim and quick response to set up technician visit. Technician was prompt and curteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also determined that the faulty compressor on the LG refrigerator is covered by the manufacturers warranty. He ordered the parts before he left my house and scheduled an installation appointment. Thanks for the service. I have heard so many horror stories about home warranties but this experience has changed my mind. Thanks again

Choice is easy to submit a claim and quick to respond. I had a technician come to my house within 2 days to fix the problem. I’ve had another home warranty service prior to choice and they would never send anyone out. I ended up calling on my own and then they wouldn’t cover services. Choice is the best that I have experienced. My friend also has Choice as well and raved about them as well. Thank you!

Company is responsive to fixing my problems on a timely basis with qualified technicians, They also will allow your own technician to fix the problem if they have no one available. In addition if they cannot fix a problem, Choice will replace the appliance for free at a fairly reasonable replacement cost. They have replaced for me a dryer, microwave, and central AC unit as well as completely redone my kitchen sink plumbing.

The first plumber was taken off the job and the job was reassigned. It was assigned to two low rated plumbers. I objected to those plumbers. It was than assigned to another plumber. He arrived on time and did a great job. There was a mixup with the original service request. Someone that I talked to did't understand what was the problem, She put in that it was a clogged drain. The problem was a hole in a pipe under my kitchen sink and a leaking faucet, The hole was repaired, but nothing was done about the faucet. It is still leaking under the sink. I'm not sure what I need to do. I don't feel that I should have to pay for another service call. The plumber agreeded that there needed to be a new faucet, but he didn't have that on the claim. I tried to get the correct problem on the job, but couldn't get anyone to help me. It was still listed as a clogged drain. I do need to a new faucet, but don't know who I need to contact. I can't put anything back under the sink, until this leak if fixed.

Pro: I jumped the gun and called CHW as I thought my refrigerator had quit. After it came back on, I was able to contact customer service, the following morning and cancel the call ticket. Con: I called the “contact us” number and after going through “press two” twice, recording said y’all were closed. It DID NOT state what time the operator would be available. Once I did get a “human”:she was very helpful and saved me a $75 service call fee.

With three lights suddenly going out and a bulb change didn't work, I had to put a claim in to Choice Home Warranty. I was very happy with the result!! Kenny from Kenny's electric came out to the house, listened to our issue and determined exactly what was needed, had replacement closet fixtures and a new wall switch with him and knocked it out in a short while. He was kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and I strongly recommend him!!

Tru Flow Plumbers Andy and Sam were professional and courteous. They examined my basement drain hole issue, explained how TRAP works, and offered a solution and a cap to cover my sewage drain pipe under the stairs. They said the inspector should've caught and the previous plumber should've recommended a cover for the exposed pipe so that sewage fumes and gas would be contained. I felt reassured after they explained everything and showed care and concern. Thank you, Andy and Sam of Tru Flow Plumbing.

I have had Choice Home Warranty for more than 5 years, at 2 different addresses and was able to easily transfer the warranty when I sold my first condo; actually increased the sale proceeds. Choice Scheduling online was great. With Immediate acknowledgement of the issue and within a couple of hrs they appointed a technician with a time window and date of arrival. The technician arrived on time with a 1 hr prior text notification. Once he reviewed the problem. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue, recommend solutions on what could and couldnt be done as the next steps. Once he left, i got my case updated online by Choice with a quick resolution for me to accept/ deny. I am glad I chose Choice Home Warranty for my Home appliances.

I called in a claim for two faucets that were leaking on the 28th of Nov but then noticed that the commonde was leaking and on the 29th of Nov I called in to add the toilet. The man that took the call said no problem and added that with the two faucets. Perfection Plumbing called me and advice that Choice told them I had to open a new claim on the commonde. When I called this morning Choice did not have my second conversation in calling to add the toilet. When the technician came to my house he said he had three things to check. How did he know to check the third itemed that was called in the second time?

This is the first Home Warranty that will repair items that are covered by them when they’re needed. I had Another HW for at lease 15 years and my hot water tank was covered. When it broke they found all these excuses not to replace it. I was heart broken. I had to pay $900 dollars to buy another water heater tank and pay someone $500 to do the work and Connect it. Choice computer booked Bosch air conditioning to service my call on Thurs Nov 23..Thanksgiving! Got a call from Denise who told me they would not be out on Thanksgiving, but their service manager, Sam, would give me a call to see if we could fix it over the phone. It took only one day to find a service man for my Whirlpool washer problem and the appointment was set for 2 days after that. My only disappointment was that it couldn't be fixed that same day and a part has to be ordered, but I guess I can't expect too much from a 30 + year old washer. We are trying to hold on as long as we can, but sooner or later it will have to go. The technician was sorry he couldn't fix it like he had previously last year and that the warrantee had expired. I'm hoping that the part comes quickly!

Very nice polite man. Checked the all the possible problems we were having with the dyrer. And discovered the vent was plugged somewhat from the top suppressing airflow and causing alarms to come on and water staying in dryer. On his advice we scheduled a service man to come clean out pipe completely. Just had it cleaned 2 years ago, but evidently that guy did not go on top to make sure it was open, just said he could see the heated air out. Anyway the new firm and serviceman did a very through job including going on top to clean the flapper. Dryer works great now. . Tks

I liked the quick response of CHW's system to communicate with me, but the first company for plumbing repair was not very responsive and I had to continually ask for progress. The next plumbers were better, but it did not react quickly to start water heater replacement as soon as approval was given by CHW to start without my inquiry. the other technician companies were responsive upon notice to start the repair.

I’ve had many warranty company in the past, but Choice is by far the best. The claims process online is very simple and easy to follow. Within 24 hours I have a contractor assigned and within 48 hrs the issue was resolved. I’ve also appreciated the quality of the contracted company. This latest issue with my stove was assigned to Sears Home Appliances and Repairs, and they were very quick to respond and with quality support. Thank you for the piece of mind.

It is very convenient to submit a claim via email at any time. What is challenging sometimes is the time between when I get the email of confirmation of services and when the service is scheduled for. Sometimes it is scheduled for the same day (which is great) but I have to make arrangements at work so I can be home. The good thing is that they provide a contact number for the service company/technician, and I can connect with them to reschedule. I have had a better experience with smaller companies/individual contractors than with big companies (such as SEARS) which have many workers and they were not very coordinated.

It is great that customers can place their work order 24/7. Prompt response, we live in Ocala which is approximately 85 miles away from Orlando and heavy traffic. However 3 times that we needed service with our appliances technicians had to make it from Orlando. We are pleased with the level of service we have received. This is my first call to Choice. The person taking my call was very polite and informative. There was a lot of background noise and made part of the conversation difficult for me to understand. She was very patient and repeated when I told her I could not understand what she was saying. As a senior citizen that background noise Is a problem even when I am in a restaurant. I had two claims and she promptly took care of them both efficiently. My 9 pm I had one appointment made to check my ice maker. I am sure I will hear on Tuesday about the other claim.

Everything certainly went better this time than the last when you all took the longest time to hire ls6ome one from Virginia 6 hours away...whom I cancelled. Furious. The man who came this time was courteous and to the point. And he fixed my central air conditioning unit which made me very pleased. I thank you and I thanked him as well. This time the man was able to get to me in far less than 6 hours. I asked for help 3 times from Choice Home Warranty. You helped the first time & the 3rd time. You failed miserably the 2nd time without so much as an apology. Which was very disappointing, needless to say. I was on the verge of tossing the towel in but I decided to hang on and perhaps things would get better. They have, somewhat...but I'm still waiting for the othe shoe to drop. Thank you, especially if you don't let that other shoe drop.
