My microwave and ceiling fan have been repaired and I am in the process with my oven. It looks like it going to have to be replaced since we’ve had two different repair people to replace parts. Before this they were always quick to get me service and give me good service but I have been without an oven for six weeks.

I was disappointed that they couldn’t find anybody to fix my washing machine but they notified to find my own and approved me right away which is the next best thing. I had wished they would have had lots of repair people already contracted but it is okay because they came up with a good solution.

Choice has been my warranty providers for two years. To date, they’ve been dependable, honest and fair with a few exception the increased service fee is too much but I can live with it. You don’t offer A/C and heating system maintenance. AHS does. I hope they one day exceed all competitors.

There was a little problem with the initial response, they arrived a couple of times off the scheduled time and had to reschedule and after that everything worked perfectly. So far I am satisfied with them. I would recommend this company.

At the moment it seems to be a decent value. I had some air conditioning service done and it went without a hitch. Some items have to be negotiated because they can be a little picky about their perspective on covering some things.

When I used my warranty for my refrigerator it took them four days to repair it but it was a good thing. You have no idea who they are sending out. Sometimes it is nice to order the work here. I would like to renew the service but the price went from sixty dollars for a service call to seventy five and that is not fair.

Choice Home Warranty seems to go out of their way to try to accommodate their customers. I’ve been very successful using my warranty. There were a couple of cases where there was an issue with a leak not being covered but I am looking forward to more years of successful cases.

I have not been happy with the service ...when the air-conditioner had to be repaired I heard there was a list of reasons why it would not be covered...so there pretty much needs to be an act of God for it to be fixed///turned out that most was covered under warranty but they tried to charge me for everything...the microwave in the house has need fixing now about 4 times and eac htime it costs us 60 dollars and supposedly the last time it was just going to be replaced but again do as little as required was the approach

Terribly slow service. Over a month and two contractors later. Still no dishwasher. Edit: It took forever, but we finally got our dishwasher fixed after working through two contractors to do so. Since then we have had some plumbing issues and those repairs were a much better experience. Increasing our rating to reflect this. It seems that you're really at the mercy of whatever contractor they assign. If you get assigned a poor one, get ready for a real hassle, but most of the contractors assigned so far have been pretty good overall.

Most of my experience have all been positive. Only one was I not satisfied. A gentleman came out for my refrigerator and did not actually fix the problem and when I called choice about it, I had to pay for a different person to come out because the original one was no longer available.

When I used it for my garbage disposal, they got someone lined up to come Monday morning, it was over the weekend I put in the request. I just had to pay the $45 service fee to get it fixed. They were very helpful with my claim.

There have been several times that I have used their service but the most notable is when my washer died and the repair man came quickly to find the problem. We had to wait about four days for him to research if it could be fixed. He determined it could no be and Choice Home offered man to go and get another washer.

The only surprising experience I had is when the dishwasher broke and I thought they would replace the whole thing but I got what is called the salvage value which was about 200 dollars to get a new one. Other than that is has been excellent. The person I talk to is very courteous and helpful.

There have been both good and bad experiences. The price is pretty good but because of low contact fees, a lot of business do not work with Choice. We needed our dryer fixed and it took forever to get someone out here. We had to pay before they came out and there was no contractor willing to do the work because of what choice pays. It literally took a month to get it resolved. Our most recent experience was good. I thought it was going to be long ordeal to get the AC fixed but they had someone contracted the next morning with a reputable.

People have been out quickly for my issues. All the technicians that have come out has been nice and good. We’ve had the locksmith, someone for the washing machine and the AC. The only issue we’ve had was with the AC, it was a hassle.

For the most part Choice Home Warranty is easy to deal with. Sometimes there is an issue, my most recent experience was poor, but overall they are easy. It was just that the person they sent out when my pool pump died was a crook. I called Choice and they gave me five hundred dollars to take care of it myself. The seven year plan is reasonable.
