1) AHS can't seem to separate my two contracts for two different addresses. 2) Scheduler told me that electrician would be there between 8 and 10 as I was the first appointment of the day. Unfortunately, that was not the electrician's schedule.

I did not like the fact that you did not cover the replacement cost of my water heater. The technician’s report said it failed due to normal wear and tear. The water heater was 21 years old. I’m not very happy about that!!

When we signed up for the AHS home warranty program, the agent mentioned that since we're getting the Shield Complete package which has the most comprehensive coverage, we are entitled to a free aircon tune-up in Spring and free heater tune-up in fall. Now that we are ready to use the heater tube-up, we were told that this offer no longer applies to us. Very disappointed that AHS did not honor us promises.

They wanted to fix the issue in the cheapest way possible for them, which included forcing me to have to pay for modifications that I did not want. Due to this issue I was out of my home for two months waiting for the problem to get fixed.

US Air still has not completed the work, no matter how much I tell them I live alone and I get home every day at 6pm they text me at 1:30 letting me know they are on 5he way.well apparently it doesn’t matter how much I tell them I don’t get home till 6 they still show up while I am at work. I suppose it will not get resolved. US Air has the worst customer service of any company I have encountered.

It's been 6 weeks since my washer stopped working and AHS has yet to supply the necessary parts. Also, I had another appliance on the service call and it hasn't been fixed either because AHS does not allow one item to be repaired at a time. In other words, since 2 items are on the service ticket all parts must be in for both appliances for repairs to take place on either item. In fairness, and after repeated calls, AHS said it would refund the cost of the service call.

The worst company ever I had contact just come and tell me how to fix the issue and still charge me $100 for a service fee I asked them to cancel my account They told me I got a call back I never did I've only found one good contractor through this company while there must be premiums are $100 a month as soon as this last request call is finished my contract is done

So far terrible. Filed a warranty on an appliance, installers were unable to install, took my appliance instead of leaving it. Installed retrofit myself rescheduled delivery, installer came today and there's no appliance for him to install because the installers took it the first time. Would really like my stove delivered and installed by competent people.

American Home Shield and Home Security of America are the same company under different names. We reviewed several plans and even called support about warranty coverage in our area. While they said they had coverage for our residential area in reality they don't! This is evidenced by no contractor coming out to fix the problem for weeks now! I don't think this plan is worth the money!

The services AHS provide are not professional, and the providers they use are not experienced professionals who do not fix your problem. I would not recommend AHS to anyone and will move to another warranty service provider immediately. AHS is collecting your money, but when it comes time for them to provide warranty service, they find the cheapest and less skilled companies, which cause the customer more problems than they ever had before.
