I liked that they got someone out to me really fast. I didn't like that from the time he walked into the house it seemed that he was not going to try to help or suggest any options. He did not even want to go look at the electrical panel when I told him about everything cutting off. I have spoken to a contractor before and was told about changing out the fuses but he did not even want to look to see. I was just in amazement that he right out said there is nothing he can do about power surges or things cutting off. I will just get in touch with someone that can actually help me about my issues.
