We called June 16 due to leaking AC ducting. AC failed June 27 and tech showed up that day due to previous call. He notified AHS of parts needed to be repaired. AHS has informed us that they are short staffed and have not ordered parts yet and they cannot expedite repair although temps in 90s. We continue to wait for parts to be ordered and today the status on website says cash settlement offered but they have not contacted us with that offer. Meanwhile they continue to debit our account for the warranty while we suffer in the agonizing heat. It is unbearable and this is unacceptable!!!

I had a water leaknat home. AHS sent a contractor and after the contractor turned in their report demanding a leak detection be done nothing was authorized or scheduled. I kept calling for answers as to getting a fix and they sat on this and did nothing. I had no hot water for 2 weeks with no repairs. I ended up scheduling everything with a different contractor and no reimbursement was given to me. I had to solve the problem myself because they did nothing to solve the issue. I wish I could give them no stars. I would not recommend them to absolutely anyone. Can't wait till my contract ends.
